Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a bottle cap with a straw inserted therein, to permit a user, without opening the cap, to drink the content in a bottle through the straw inserted into the inside cover. CONSTITUTION: The bottle cap(1) consists of a top surface(2) and side surfaces(3). A space(8) is formed on the top surface(2), and a cutting layer(5) divided by a cutting line(5) is formed on the space(8). A user can easily push aside the cutting layer(5) or pull it with fingers. Preferably, a hook(6) is formed on the cutting layer(4) for user's convenience. Also, a sealing part(10) for protecting the space(8) is attached to the top surface(2) of the bottle cap(1). Therefore, what the user has to do to drink the content in the bottle is removing the sealing part(10), pulling the hook(6) to remove the cutting layer(4), and inserting a straw into a straw insertion part that is created by removing the cutting layer(4).
