Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for providing consulting service and evaluating warrant of mobile phone charge, and a software of automatic pattern analyzing of mobile phone and optimized mobile phone charge proposal are provided to reduce individual usage charge of the mobile phone, analyze a mobile phone pattern, a charge policy system, and to recommend optimized charge policy. CONSTITUTION: A user computer connects to a provider computer on the network. The user logs in a provider's web site. The user applies an auditor of mobile phone charge. The provider requires call specification of the user to a mobile phone company. The provider analyses the call specification using an automatic pattern analyzing program, and extracts optimized policy. The provider displays the result to the user terminal.

그 분야의 종래 기술:서울시에서 운영하는 인터넷 빌링 서비스(www.hanbill.com)가 있다. 하지만 이곳은 인터넷 상에서 청구기관의 청구내역을 조회해주고 납부 할 수 있도록 하는 서비스만을 제공하고 있으므로, 요금 측정의 적정성 평가와 요금 분석, 이를 통해 고객의 통화 패턴을 파악하여 고객마다 적절한 요금 설계 를 목적으로 하는 본 사업과는 다른 것이라고 본다. 또한 미국의 경우 공공요금에 대한 Billing auditing Service를 off-line으로 제공한 적은 있지만 On-line 서비스 제공업체 및 기관이 없으며 본 사업 아이템과는 그 성격이 다르다.
