Abstract

PURPOSE: A manual grease gun capable of easily replacing a cartridge and being easily carried, and a grease cartridge are provided to easily separate the cartridge from a grease gun body, prevent leakage of grease between the outside of a cartridge body and the inside of the grease gun body, and improve convenience in the use by using the portable cartridge to the grease gun. CONSTITUTION: A grease cartridge body is formed with a grease outlet part in a thread projection shape. A grease inlet pipe part coming in a grease ejection cylinder(9) of a grease gun head(1) is formed as thread grooves. The grease gun head and a grease cartridge are assembled through threads, and a grease gun body(2) and the grease gun head to which the grease cartridge is fastened are assembled. A compression spring(4) with a pressure plate(5) is installed inside the grease gun body, to move a grease seal transfer plate formed to the grease cartridge to fill the inside of the grease cartridge with grease and then seal up the grease cartridge, and transfer the grease.
