Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically controlling a room using a multi-communication method, and management system development are provided to easily control electronic appliances or a lighting system of a room by using a button connected to a remote controller or a device by utilizing a general power line and a dedicated line as a communication line. CONSTITUTION: Data related to various states of a room is received from a temperature sensor(60), a magnetic sensor, an infrared sensor(70) and stored. The data is transmitted to an external device or a computer of a remote place through a communication line, so that the state of the room can be recognized and managed at outside. As a control signal or a command, a signal of a button unit(110) or a remote controller is inputted to a remote controller transmitting/receiving unit(40) and a previously inputted specific signal is outputted through the remote controller transmitting/receiving unit(40), or a corresponding relay(80) or a dimmer controller(90) is operated. An operation result of each device is transferred to an external device or a computer through a power line communication line, thereby managing the room state.

기존의 룸 관련 제어장치는 통신선로로 전용선을 사용하였으며, 이를 위하여 전용선로를 미리 가설하여야만 하였다. 또한 룸내의 상황을 원격지에서 관리할 수는 있었지만, 제어하는데는 한계가 있었다. 만일 건축물 설계시에 전용선이 고려되지 않은 건물들이나 집들은 룸제어장치를 설치하는데 전용선로를 가설하기 위한 공사가 매우 큰 고민 과제였다.Existing room-related control devices used leased lines as communication lines, which had to be laid in advance.
