Abstract

PURPOSE: Bed clothes having three-dimensional pattern is provided by comprising outer surface with less thermal-shrinkage property and inner surface of higher thermal-shrinkage property. CONSTITUTION: The bed clothes is prepared by a process comprising steps of preparing an outer surface(1) made of fabric having less thermal-shrinkage property such as rayon, cotton, foreign satin and an inner surface(2) made of another fabric having higher thermal-shrinkage property such as polyester then sewing backstitch both of the surfaces by means of quilting machine; directly supplying hot wind only to the inner surface(2) to be shrunk by using heat-shrinking apparatus having both of a heat shrinking part and a finishing part, thereby obtaining three-dimensional patterns.
