CONSTITUTION: The method for making a soil improver comprises the steps of: mixing 78-83 wt% of sludge generated from purification plant, 15-25 wt% of lime, 0.5-2 wt% of an active phosphoric acid and additives such as a metal salt of iron, zinc, manganese, copper and molybdenum, and a trace element, for example boron, in a certain device; and crushing the mixture into a predetermined size by a crusher.

Description

정수장 슬러지를 이용한 토양개량제 제조방법{METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SOIL CONDITIONER}Soil improver manufacturing method using water treatment plant sludge {METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SOIL CONDITIONER}

The present invention relates to a method for producing a soil improver, and more particularly, to a method for producing a soil improver using water treatment plant sludge that can be recycled to recycle industrial waste causing environmental pollution.

In general, water purification plant sludge is a mud state in which contaminants in water are precipitated in the process of purifying tap water. An inorganic flocculant or a polymer such as aluminum sulfate is used to remove contaminants such as suspended solids and heavy metals contained in raw water. As flocculant is used and the chemical sterilization method of Escherichia coli and general bacteria is treated with chlorine or ozone, water purification plant sludge is contaminated and contains 70 ~ 80% of high moisture content and large amount of organic matter. Therefore, the water purification plant sludge has been concentrated, dehydrated, and dried, and most of them are landfilled in landfills or transported by transport ships, and are being dumped in the sea, causing environmental pollution, and a lot of expenses are required for treatment.

The present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to recycle the water purification plant sludge to prevent environmental pollution, as well as to eliminate the waste of waste treatment and to reduce the consumption of resources. The present invention provides a method for preparing a soil improving agent.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides 73 to 83% by weight of sludge for water purification plant, 15 to 25% by weight of lime, 0.5 to 2% by weight of effective phosphoric acid, and trace amounts of metal salts of iron, zinc, manganese, copper, molybdenum, and boron. The element is added, mixed in a predetermined apparatus, and then pulverized to a predetermined size in a mill.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

First, in describing the present invention, if a detailed description of related known functions or configurations may obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The present invention is to produce a high quality soil improver by mixing the water purification plant sludge and lime and effective phosphoric acid mainly as waste.

More detailed description of the above, first, to remove the water from the dehydration apparatus and drying apparatus to collect water sludge to less than 10% water, and then finely pulverize in the crusher. And 73 to 83% by weight of the sludge plant, 15 to 25% by weight of lime, 0.5 to 2% by weight of effective phosphoric acid, and metal salts of iron, zinc, manganese, copper, molybdenum, and boron to compensate for the lack of trace elements in crops. By adding a small amount of mixed by using a predetermined device and then crushed to a constant size in the mill through a good quality of the soil improver is completed.

As described above, the method for manufacturing a soil improver using water purification plant sludge according to the present invention can prevent environmental pollution by recycling the landfill waste, and in particular, has an economic effect of reducing waste of resources.

Improving acidified soil by chemical fertilizer abuse prevents acidification of soil and supplies beneficial minerals to plants to enhance intellect. To facilitate this.
