The CPU reads stored RTC(Real Time Clock) information(S103). The CPU receives time information as a layer 3 message type through a system and an RF(Radio Frequency) processing device(S104). The CPU updates RTC information by received time information(S105). In case that it is necessary for displaying a time, the CPU requests time information to an RTC(S106). The CPU receives time information(S107), and displays a current time on a display unit(S108).
