Claims (2)
- 세탁을 위한 세탁수를 저수하는 세탁외조(O)와 상기 세탁외조(O)내에 회전가능하게 결합되는 세탁내조와 상기 세탁내조(I)와 직접 연결되는 세탁축(S)을 구비하여 되는 세탁기에 있어서,상기 세탁축(S)을 지지하는 베어링(B)을 지지하기 위한 베어링지지부(11)와,상기 세탁외조(O)측에 결합되는 코일부를 가진 고정자와,상기 고정자를 감싸도록 철판을 프레스 가공하여 성형된 로터프레임(21)과,상기 로터프레임(21)의 회전시 발생하는 진동이 세탁축(S)에 직접 전달되어 통형상의 세탁내조(I) 및 세탁외조(O)의 진동 및 소음이 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 세탁축(S)과 상기 로터프레임(21)을 연결하는 절연재질의 세탁축지지부재(3)와,상기 로터프레임(21)의 하면의 일부를 상기 세탁내조(I) 및 고정자 방향으로 상향 절곡하여 상기 로터프레임(21)과 일체로 형성된 냉각팬(25)과,상기 로터프레임(21) 하면의 절곡된 부분은 통풍공(33)이 되도록 하여 세탁 및 탈수시 로터프레임(21)으로 떨어진 세탁수를 상기 통풍공(33)을 통하여 배출함과 동시에 냉각공기의 유동을 가능하게 하고,상기 세탁내조(I)의 고속회전시에는 상기 철판재료로 된 로터프레임(21)의 변형방지를 위하여 상기 로터프레임(21) 하면에 형성된 통풍공(33)과 통풍공(33) 사이에 구비되는 강도보강요철부(27)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의직접구동시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베어링지지부(11)는 세탁외조(O)에 결합되고, 상기 고정자는 그 내측이 관통되어 상기 베어링지지부(B)에 나사 체결됨을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 직접구동시스템.
