Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of heat resisting yarn for a wig is provided, thereby reducing production cost, producing various products and capturing the consumers' fancy. CONSTITUTION: Heat resisting yarn for a wig is manufactured by using polyester, nylon, polypropylene, polyester and polybutylene terephthalate. A manufacturing method of the heat resisting yarn for the wig is as follows: passing grey yarn(1) through a primary tension controlling device(2) to give the grey yarn proper tension; passing the yarn through a heating box(B) containing an infrared ray heater(3) for one minute to give heat resistance; passing the yarn through a last tension controlling device(4); and then winding the yarn around a winder(5).

일반적으로 가발은 인모(人毛)와 합성섬유(PVC,폴리에스테르 또는 폴리프로필렌) 두가지로 대별되어 사용하고 있으며,인모는 주로 고가의 남성가발에 주로 사용되면서 고온의 드라이기나 스팀을 사용하여 이미 만든모양을 다양하게 변형시킬수 있는 장점이 있는 반면에,공급이 한정되어 있어 상대적으로 가격이 상당히 고가에 거래되는 단점이 있다. 이를 위해 합성섬유등으로 이를 대체하고 있으나,지금까지의 합성섬유는 일단 한번 가발모양을 100℃ 이하에서 열처리하여 만들면 열에 약하기 때문에 드라이기를 사용하여 인모처럼 가발모양을 변형시킬수 없는 치명적인 약점을 가지고 있다.In general, wigs are generally classified into two types: human hair and synthetic fiber (PVC, polyester or polypropylene). 이하 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 이미 생산된 폴리에스테르 또는 나이론 원사(1)100여개를 합쳐서 도2에 도시한 초기장력조절장치(A)가 포함한 상하 5개의 파이프(2)를 거쳐 통과하면서 원사별로 적정장력을 부여한후,합사(合絲)된다. 이때 이 실을 적외선히터(3)가 상하로 설치된 도3의 적외선히터박스를 열어서 왕복3회 통과시킨후 적외선히터박스의 뚜껑을 닫고, 도2의 말기장력조절장치가 포함한 상하 5개의 로울러를 일정한 속도(20rpm)로 돌리면서 적정장력을 유지시키면서 와인더(5)에 감기 시작한다. 와인더(5)에 감은 직후, 적외선 히터박스의 전기장치를 ON시켜서 히터박스내의 온도가 200℃가 될때까지 와인더(5)를 분당 2회전정도로 감으며 목표온도인 200℃ 에 도달하면 이미 감긴 실은 폐기처분하며 와인더의 회전을 4회전으로 높여서 정상적인 생산을 시작하게 된다.Hereinafter, described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows. 100 polyester or nylon yarns (1) already produced are combined and passed through the upper and lower five pipes (2) included in the initial tension adjusting device (A) shown in FIG.
