Abstract

PURPOSE: A router for selecting route having a minimum communication service cost is provided to analyze a local communication service cost of each communication service provider, to offer the analysis result over the internet, and to enable a user to select a minimum communication cost route. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a buffer memory, a search engine, and a communication service provider ID transmission software. The buffer memory stores a database including IDs of communication service providers. The search engine searches for a minimum communication cost route in the database if a user inputs a destination access number. The software transmits searched IDs of the communication service providers.
