Abstract

PURPOSE: A coating device for reinforcement bars is provided which coats a coating material formed of tube type synthetic resin on the surface of reinforcement bar inside back filling soil of block, panel and reinforced concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: The coating device for reinforcement bars comprises a heating part(20) which is supported by frame(10), through which a reinforcement bar(50) passes, and on which heating holes(21) are formed to generate heat by heating wire; reinforcement bar transfer means(30) which are supported by the frame(10), installed at left and right sides of the heating part(20) respectively and positioned on the same line as the heating holes(21); and a control part(40) for automatically controlling temperature of the heating part(20) and speed of the reinforcement bar transfer means(30) at the same time, wherein the heating holes(21) are formed in a circular shape, and heating wire arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the heating holes(21) are spirally arranged, and wherein the reinforcement bar transfer means(30) are formed of a roller on which guiding groove for guiding the reinforcement bar(50) is formed.
