Description

Stator Structure of Step Motor}Stator Structure of Step Motor

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a stator structure of a step motor, and more particularly to a stator structure of a step motor that allows the rotor to generate rotational power.

As is well known, the step motor is rotated by sequentially changing the polarity of the current supplied to the winding part by a pulse signal. The acceleration / deceleration control is easy, and the response characteristics by the control circuit are excellent. It is widely used in equipment. The structure of such a step motor is illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2.

Referring to the conventional step motor shown in Figs. 1A and 1B, it is composed of a rotor 101 having a magnetic pole and a stator 102 in which a coil 105 is wound.

When the rotor 101 is installed inside the stator 102 and a current is applied to the coil 105, the stator 102 becomes magnetic. In this case, the polarity of the stator 102 may be sequentially changed. The rotor 101 rotates by supplying a changing current.

However, such a conventional step motor 100 has a problem in that the manufacturing process is complicated and the manufacturing cost increases.

That is, in order for the stator 102 to have magnetic properties, the coil 105 needs to be wound on a portion protruding inward of the stator 102, and thus, the winding operation is very difficult.

Therefore, in recent years, a step motor of a slim type has also been utilized, and as shown in FIG. 2, the rotor 201 and the core of the stator 202 disposed around it are installed, The winding portion 203 is formed, and by forming the connecting piece 204 connecting the ends of the stator 202 so that the magnetic pole formed by each winding portion 203 is the same as the example shown in Figs. In addition to enabling a normal function as a step motor, the rotor 201 and the stator 202 and the winding unit 203 are distributed and installed in a horizontal plane, so that the thickness can be reduced and the winding operation is easy. It is spread and utilized.

However, this type of step motor also has four windings 203 to be installed, so the number of windings 203 has a number of limitations to improve productivity or reduce manufacturing costs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-described problems, the object of the present invention is to connect the opposing stators to each other to form a magnetic path, and to generate a different magnetic pole on the opposing stator with one winding, so that the number of windings can be halved. It is to provide a stator structure of a step motor.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rotor, a stator having different polarities around the rotor, and a winding unit provided in the stator. One end of the missing stator is connected so that the magnetic poles face each other.

Accordingly, the present invention can achieve the improvement of productivity and the reduction in manufacturing cost by achieving the simplification of the structure by halving the number of installation of the winding part of the step motor.

Referring to the present invention in more detail according to the accompanying drawings as follows.

A disc-shaped rotor 11 having magnetic properties is installed on one side of the case 18, and the stator 12, 13, 14, and 15, which are plate-shaped, are positioned around the rotor 11. , The stator 12, 13 and the end portions of the stator 14, 15 provided at opposing positions with respect to the rotor 11 as shown in FIG. ) So that the magnetic path is formed without being in contact with other adjacent stators 14 and 15.

According to the present invention, when the current is supplied to the windings 16 and 17 by a pulse supplied by a driving circuit (not shown), stators 12, 13, and 14 around the rotor 11 are known as described above. A magnetic pole is formed at, 15 so that the rotor 11 can be rotated to one side. Accordingly, the rotor 11 provides rotational power as in the related art.

In this process, the present invention, in particular, the stator (13, 15) lacking the winding portion 16, 17 without the magnetic path formed by the winding portion 16, or interfere with the magnetic path formed in the adjacent winding portion 17 Will be women. Accordingly, the stators 13 and 15 lacking the winding parts 16 and 17 have polarities opposite to those of the stators 12 and 14 provided with the winding parts 16 and 17. Is to provide a normal rotational power.

In addition, in the present invention, a process of connecting one end of the two stators 12 and 14 provided with the winding parts 16 and 17 and one end of the two stators 13 and 15 lacking the winding parts 16 and 17. At least one bent portion 19 is formed at the end of the stator 13 and 15 so that mutual interference does not occur at the overlapped portion, and the bent portion 19 secures a sufficient distance from the stator 13 and 15. The interference phenomenon can be prevented.

In this way, the present invention is to form only two windings in the four stator, to have the same function as the installation of the four windings, so that not only the structure is greatly simplified, but also the thickness is reduced and the manufacturing process is shortened. And there is a useful effect that can significantly reduce the manufacturing cost.
