Abstract
본 고안은 은나노가 함유된 재료를 이용하여 물바가지 를 제조하는 것으로, 통상적인 물바가지 에 있어서 플라스틱 소재로 이루어진 물바가지 를 제조공정 또는 최종공정에서 은나노를 플라스틱의 원료와 함께 배합 또는 코팅하는 통상적인 제조방법에 의해 제조 함으로써, 항균·살균 및 세균감염 방지의 기능을 갖도록 하여 사용자의 위생과 건강에 도움이 될수 있도록 하는 은나노 플라스틱 물바가지에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 은나노가 함유된 물바가지 에 관한 것으로서,더욱 상세하게는 은나노가 함유된 재료를 이용하여 물바가지 를 제조 함으로써 항균·살균등의 기능을 갖도록 하여 세균감염을 방지 할수 있도록 하는 은나노 플라스틱 물바가지에 관한 것이다.은나노란, 일반적으로 나노미터(Nanometer:1nm = 10억분의 1 미터) 수준에서 물질과 소자를 다루는 기술인 나노기술(Nanotechnology)과 은(Ag)을 합친 합성어로서, 상기 나노기술에, 은 성분을 극 미세입자 크기로 형성하여 접목한 것으로, 상기 극미세 사이즈의 은 성분을 증류수와 같은 용매에 분산시킨 용액을 뜻한다.The present invention relates to silver nano-containing water gourd, and more specifically, silver nano plastic water gourd to prevent bacterial infection by making water gourd using silver nano-containing material to have functions such as antibacterial and sterilization. 상기목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 물바가지 에 관한 것으로, 먼저 본 고안을 이해하기 위하여 나노실버(NANO SILVER)에 대하여 살펴보면 다음과 같은 특징을 가지고 있다.나노기술을 이용하여 은(Ag)을 나노화 시키면 강력한 살균력을 가지게 되므로.나노(NANO) 상태로 만들어진 은(Ag)은 강력한 항균·살균성을 가지게 되며, 실제650가지의 세균과 바이러스에도 항균·살균의 효과가 있고, 곰팡이균에 대해서도 아주 탁월한 효과가 있다는 사실이 연구결과에 의해 입증 되었으며. 고대로마 때부터 인체에 중요한 면역기능을 하는 은(Ag)을 먹기도 하였으며, 나노실버는 염소계열 보다 수십배 강력한 살균력을 가지면서도 인체에는 전혀 무해한 것으로 알려져 있으며, 고대이집트에서는 치료의 목적으로 상처부위에 음(Ag)을 넓게 펼친 얇은 은막을 감쌌다고 하며 각종 염증(구강염·위장염·화상염)에도 아주 강력한 치료효과가 있다는 사실도 보고 되어 있다. 본고안은 상기와 같은 은나노의 다양한 특징중에서 항균·살균성을 이용하여 많은 사람들이 이용하는 물바가지 에 적용 하고자 하는 것이다.이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본고안의 바람직한 실시예를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.도1은 일반적인 물바가지의 예를 나타내는 도면이고, 도2는 본 고안의 실시예에 의하여 제조된 본고안이 적용된 물바가지의 부분 절개 단면도이며, 도3은 본 고안의 다른 실시예에 의하여 제조된 본 고안이 적용된 물바가지의 부분 절개 단면도이다.상기 첨부 도면 2~3을 참조하면, 상기 물바가지는 소정 형상의 몸체(60)와 긴자루가 달린 손잡이(70)로 형성된다.상기와 같은 물바가지는, 일반적인 물바가지의 원료가 되는 플라스틱재료와 은나노재료를 공급하여 혼합 및 교반하고, 그 결과물을 사출·성형 등의 공정을 거쳐 통상적인 제조방법에 의해 제조하게 된다이때 은나노재료는 은(Ag)용액을 플라스틱재료에 0.01% ~ 49% 까지 중량비로 배합 하거나, PPM으로 은나노 2PPM ~ 990PPM 범위 사이의 어느 하나의 일정한 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하게 된다.이와같은 과정에 의해 도2에 도시된 바와 같이 플라스틱재료층(10)에 은나노재료(20)가 함유되게 된다.그후에는, 널리 알려진 통상적인 제조과정과 동일한 과정에 의해 물바가지가완성된다.한편, 도3에 도시된 바와 같이 플라스틱재료층(10)의 외부 표면에 은나노재료층(30)이 형성 되도록 할수 있다.이 경우에는 먼지 플라스틱 재료층(10)을 형성한 후, 다시 은나노재료에 상기 결과물을 담가서 은나노재료층(30)을 형성 시키게 된다.이상의 본고안은 상기에 기술된 실시예들에 의해 한정되지 않고, 당업자들에 의해 다양한 변형 및 변경을 가져올 수 있으며, 이는 첨부된 청구항에서 정의되는 본고안의 취지와 범위에 포함 된다.The present invention for achieving the above object relates to the water ripples, first to understand the nano silver (NANO SILVER) in order to understand the present invention has the following characteristics: Nanonized silver (Ag) using nanotechnology Silver (Ag) made of NANO has strong antimicrobial and bactericidal properties, and it is effective for antimicrobial and bactericidal effects against 650 kinds of bacteria and viruses, and it is very effective against fungi.
