본 고안은 소형선박방현레일장착구조에 관한 것으로,선수측이나 선측뱃전위에 보강조립시키는 뱃전상판재의 외테두리에 금속파이프나 충격흡수보호커버를 수작용으로 현장가공해 장착하고 있는 실정으로 작업성이 떨어지는 단점을 보완하기 위해,통상의 소형선박 뱃전(1)에 일정간격마다 뱃전상판재고정볼트(6)와 와셔(7';7"), 뱃전상판재고정너트(8)로 뱃전상판재(2)를 조립형성함에 있어서, 상기 뱃전상판재(2)의 외측방은 루터(router)로 방현레일요홈(9)을 형성하고, 각 뱃전상판고정볼트(6)사이의 방현레일요홈(9)에는 방현레일고정볼트공(2b)를 첨공하되, 끝단은 방현레일고정너트공(2a)를 확장형성하되, 방현레일고정볼트공(2b)간격으로 방현레일붙이볼트(4)를 용접형성한 방현레일(3)의 방현레일붙이볼트(4)를 상기 방현레일고정볼트공(2b)에 끼워 방현레일붙이너트(5)가 뱃전상판재(2) 안측테에 돌출되지 않게 조립형성됨을 특징으로 하는 소형선박방현레일장착구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a small vessel anti-rail rail mounting structure, in which a metal pipe or a shock absorbing protective cover is mounted on the outer edge of a panel top plate to be reinforced and assembled on a bow side or a ship side.
