본 고안에 따른 롤식 방충망은 이동손잡이(40)와 창문 프레임(10)과의 밀폐 및 완충작용을 위하여 설치된 종래의 문풍솔 대신에 고무재질의 원통형 패킹재(41)가 구비되어 있다. 상기 원통형 패킹재(41)는 이동손잡이(40)의 하단에 설치되어 방충망(30)을 닫을 경우, 원통형 패킹재(41)가 창문 프레임(10)이 밀착되어 틈이 발생하지 않도록 하고, 이동손잡이(40)와 창문 프레임(10)의 직접적인 충돌을 방지하게 된다. 상기 원통형 팩킹재(41)는 내부가 중공되고 탄력성 있는 고무재질로 되어있어, 지속적인 사용에도 원형을 유지할 수 있게 된다. 이 원통형 팩킹재(41)는 탄력에 의해 상기 창문프레임(10)과의 밀착력을 향상시키며, 또한, 종래의 문풍솔은 우수가 침투하게 되면 이 우수가 문풍솔에 스며들게 되고 결국 실내로 우수가 침투되게 되며, 잦은 사용으로 눌러져서 뉘어지게 되므로 창문 프레임(10)과의 틈이 발생되어 먼지나 이물질이 투입되는데 반하여, 본 고안의 원통형 패킹재(41)는 밀폐성이 우수하여 우수의 침투를 방지하며, 먼지나 이물질의 투입을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
