Description
본 고안은 절개용 테이프가 부착된 플라스틱 필름으로 된 봉투에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는 절개(切開)용 테이프를 이용하여 개봉(開封)시켜 주면서 완전히 밀폐되는 플라스틱 필름 봉투에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an envelope made of a plastic film with a tape for cutting. 일반적으로 담뱃갑 외피는 폴리프로필렌수지 필름으로 되어 있고 이 외피의 개봉을 위하여 절개 시켜주고자 하는 부위에 절개용 테이프를 접착시키고 이 절개용 테이프를 잡아당겨서 폴리프로필렌 필름을 밀어주게 되면 이 밀어주는 힘에 의해서 폴리프로필렌수지 필름은 절개되면서 개봉되게 된다. 종래 절개용 테이프를 이용하여 플라스틱 포장재를 절개하는 방법을 도 1에 도시된 도면에 따라 설명한다. 플라스틱 필름 봉투(1) 내면, 절개시켜주고자 하는 부위에 절개용 테이프(3)를 접착시키고, 상기 절개용 테이프의 일단이 외부로 돌출되게 구성시켜서 외부로 돌출된 절개용 테이프를 외부방향으로 잡아당겨주게 되면 절개용 테이프(3)가 이 테이프와 접착되어 있는 플라스틱 필름(2)을 밀어주면서 플라스틱 필름이 찢어지게 되므로 플라스틱 포장재는 개봉되게 된다.Generally, the outer shell of the cigarette is made of polypropylene resin film, and the tape is attached to the area to be cut to open the outer shell and the polypropylene film is pushed to push the polypropylene film. 본 고안자는 한 방향으로만 연신(延伸)시켜준 폴리프로필렌 필름이 방향성을 갖고 직선으로 찢어지는 특성이 있는 점에 착안하여, 이 폴리프로필렌 필름을 플라스틱 필름 봉투의 절개용 테이프로 이용하고, 이 절개용 테이프를 플라스틱 필름 외부에 부착시켜서도 플라스틱 필름 봉투를 방향성을 갖고 직선으로 절개하여 개봉시켜줄 수 있는 것을 확인하여 본 고안을 완성하게 되었다.The present inventors pay attention to the fact that the polypropylene film stretched in only one direction has the characteristic of being oriented and broken in a straight line, and this polypropylene film is used as a tape for cutting a plastic film bag. 도 2에서 (1)은 플라스틱 필름 봉투, (2)는 플라스틱 필름부 (3)(3’)는 절개용 테이프, (4)(4’)는 융착부이다.
