Abstract

The present invention relates to the drainage of the sprinkler for cooling sprinkling of the roof of the building, and improves the drainage method of the existing water supply pipe so that the water in the water supply pipe can be completely drained by using compressed air and solenoid valve.

Description

스프링클러의 완전배수방법{Complete Draining System for the Sprinkler}Complete Draining System for the Sprinkler}

Sprinklers that are installed for watering or various cooling purposes generally require that the inside of the pipe be emptied to clean the inside of the pipe or to prevent freezing during winter.

In the conventional case, sprinkler drainage generally dismantled the connections of water supply pipes such as unions or opened drain valves installed at relatively low positions in the water supply structure to naturally drain the water in the water supply pipes.

In this case, the operator must go directly to the valve located at the end of the water supply pipe to open the drain valve, in particular, the roof cooling sprinkler sprinkler is inconvenient to open a plurality of drain valves installed on the roof, Depending on the structure and material of the roof, there is a risk of safety accidents such as the possibility of a worker falling.

In addition, when the surface of the water supply pipe is not perfectly horizontal, water accumulated in the relatively submerged water supply pipe is not completely drained, causing problems such as freezing.

Such uncomfortable and dangerous work shall be repeated in the process of closing the drain valve for restarting the installation.

In addition, the process of dismantling and reassembling the water supply pipe during the water drainage of the water supply pipe inevitably leads to aging of the equipment by gradually causing wear or damage to the corresponding parts and causing water leakage.

The present invention solves the problems of the conventional sprinkler drainage method, and the operator does not operate the drainage valve one by one, does not dismantle the connection part of the water supply line, and electrically opens the drainage solenoid valve using compressed air to supply the water supply pipe. To drain the water completely and safely.

The configuration of the present invention will be described in detail by the accompanying drawings.

상기 분사구(400)까지 물을 공급하는 급수관(103)과,A water supply pipe 103 for supplying water to the injection hole 400;

Compressed air supply pipe 102 for supplying compressed air to the water supply pipe 103,

Solenoid valve 200 for draining the water of the water supply pipe 103,

It is a configuration provided with the automatic controller 201 for automatically controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 200.

Referring to the operation of the present invention as described above is as follows.

First, the raw water supply pipe 100 shown in Figure 1 is a state filled with water.

The raw water supply control valve 101 for controlling the supply of the raw water to block the water supplied to the sprinkler in the above state and the compressed air supply pipe 102 is supplied to the compressed air to remove the water in the pipe.

Then, the solenoid valve 200 that can be opened and closed by an electrical signal of the automatic controller 201 is installed at the point of easy drainage, such as the lower end of each roof 300 and the end of the water supply pipe.

In this case, the electric signal of the automatic controller 201 may be transmitted to the solenoid valve 200 through a wire or may be determined by wireless according to a product used.

In the above state, when the water supply pipe 103 is drained, the raw water supply control valve 101 located in the raw water supply pipe 100 is locked to supply high pressure compressed air to the compressed air supply pipe 102 in a state where the raw water is blocked. By operating the switch of the automatic controller 201, each solenoid valve 200 is opened to drain the water in the pipe. Meanwhile, after the solenoid valve 200 is locked and the compressed air is accumulated in the pipe, the solenoid valve 200 is momentarily opened, and the compressed air discharged at the moment is buried in the inner wall of the water supply pipe 103 or in the pipe. The uneven mounting surface makes it possible to completely remove the residual water accumulated in a part of the pipe.

As such, the present invention does not require a process of opening a plurality of drain valves one by one, as compared with the conventional one, and uses compressed air to completely drain the accumulated water in a relatively submerged water supply pipe. In addition, it is possible to prevent damage to the site caused by dismantling and reassembling the water supply pipe during the draining process. In particular, in the case of the roof cooling sprinkler sprinkler can prevent accidents such as fall from the roof of the operator in advance.
