Abstract
본 고안은 합성세제 첨가없이 도자기나 타일 및 유리나 식기 등의 찌든 때를 청소할 수 있는 환경친화적 세척구 재료인 멜라민 수지 폼 (Melamine Resin Foam)의 기능을 개선한 것이다. 현재 국내 및 해외에서 유통되고 있는 멜라민 수지 폼(Melamine Resin Foam) 청소용품 크리너는 독일 BASF사에서 완제품 Block으로 수입되어 절단가공 공정만 거쳐서 용도에 맞게 포장되어 판매가 되고 있는 상황이다. 이 멜라민 수지 폼의 장점은 물만 묻혀 찌든 때를 없애주는 환경친화적인 제품이지만 단점은 내구성이 약해 너무 쉽게 부스러져 소모성이 큰 일회용의 성격을 가진다는 문제점을 안고 있다.Currently, the melamine resin foam cleaning supplies cleaners, which are distributed in Korea and overseas, are imported to BASF from Germany as finished blocks and are packaged and sold for the purpose only after cutting process.
