본 고안은 태양열에 의해 식품을 건조하는 방법에 관한 것으로 옥외에 식품을 널어 놓고 태양열과 바람에 의해서 수분을 증발시켜 건조하는 방법과 대량의 에너지가 필요한 열풍 건조 방법이거나 태양열을 일부분만 활용하는 (발명특허 10-0105117/1996. 09. 21) 방법 등이 있으나 옥외 건조는 비위생적이고, 날씨에 좌우되고, 옥외에 널거나 거두어 들일 때 많은 일손이 필요하며 넓은 장소를 확보해야한다. 열풍건조 방식은 대량의 에너지가 필요하며 건조식품의 질은 태양열에 의한 자연 건조에는 못 미치는 결함이 있으며 발명특허 10-0105117 방법은 건조실 상부의 면적만큼만 태양열을 활용하는 방법 등이 있다.The present invention relates to a method of drying food by solar heat, and the method of drying food outdoors and drying by evaporating moisture by solar heat and wind, and a hot air drying method requiring a large amount of energy, or utilizing only part of solar heat (invention).
