Then, the edges of the sound absorbing plate and the outer ends of the sound insulating plate are formed in a rectangular frame. If the installation is wrapped with a sieve and pushed into the soundproof wall connector, the configuration is simplified. Especially, it is not necessary to use glass fibers that are harmful to the human body. Therefore, it is related to an environmentally sound-proof soundproof soundproof wall. When the reduced sound absorbing material reaches the sound absorbing space, the collision and cancellation of the medium particles are repeated, and the kinetic energy of the medium particles of the wave energy is converted into thermal energy to cancel or dissipate the sound waves.
Description
A general soundproof wall is installed along both sides of a road, railroad, and high-speed train, which generate a lot of noise, and the soundproof wall is composed of a sound absorbing soundproof board with sound absorbing material therein, or a reflective soundproof board that reflects and blocks noise. In addition, a mixed sound insulation board having these sound absorption and reflection sound insulation plates at the same time has also been proposed.
In the case of the sound-absorbing soundproof wall, the sound absorbing material (glass fiber) is blocked by the sound-absorbing material and the steel structure, that is, the transmission loss effect. In the case of the reflective reflecting wall, the sound absorption of the surface is almost absent. Therefore, in the case of reflective soundproof walls, the noise increase on the other side may occur due to the reflection effect, so the type should be selected considering the site conditions.
The sound barrier absorbs sound waves, and the absorption of the sound waves reduces the wave energy of the sound waves and converts the kinetic energy of the medium particles into thermal energy. However, the sound absorbing materials used in the conventional soundproof walls are very low in density and extremely small in transmission loss, such glass fibers have a disadvantage such as harmful to the human body.
The present invention was developed in view of the conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sound absorbing plate having a hexagonal cone-shaped sound absorbing tube, a cone-shaped sound absorbing plate is provided, and a sound absorbing material inserted therebetween. After assembling and installing it, the sound wave introduced into the sound absorbing port A passes through the suction port B, and the wave energy decreases and reaches the sound absorbing material located in the sound absorbing space, and the collision and offset of the medium particles is repeated and the kinetic energy of the wave energy medium particles is repeated. The sound wave is canceled or extinguished by converting it into thermal energy, and thus, there is no need to use sound absorbing materials such as glass fibers, which are particularly harmful to the human body.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is provided with a sound absorbing plate having a hexagonal cone shape and a cone-shaped sound absorbing plate, and a sound absorbing material is inserted therein, and then assembled by assembling units A and B. Its configuration is simplified by wrapping the edge of the box with a rectangular frame and pushing it into the soundproof wall hinge. In particular, it does not require the use of glass fibers that are harmful to the human body. When passing through the wave energy is reduced to reach the sound absorbing material located in the sound-absorbing space, the collision and cancellation of the medium particles are repeated to convert the kinetic energy of the medium particles of the wave energy into thermal energy to cancel or dissipate the sound waves.
