Abstract
본 고안은 음료수를 인체에 유익한 자화활성수로 변화시켜 마실 수 있도록한 자화수용 컵구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a cup structure for magnetized water to drink the beverage by changing the active water beneficial to the magnetized active water.

본 출원인의 등록실용신안 제91230호의 특징은 용기내에 하부에서 상부로 수직으로 높게 기둥형의 한쌍의 돌출관 또는 하나의 돌출관을 형성하여 돌출관의 내부에다 긴 봉형의 영구자석을 끼운 구조로 구성하여서된 것이므로 자화효율이 우수하게 이루어지지 못하게 되는 문제가 있고 또한 소정의 형상을 한 컵용기의 벽부에 자석의 상이한 극성이 서로 대향토록 15㎜∼30㎜의 간격을 두고 상하로 설치하고, 상기 컵용기의 벽부에 매체 저장실을 형성하여 물보다 빙점이 낮은 잠열매체를 충입하는 한편, 컵용기의 상단 개구부를 덮을 수 있는 컵뚜껑의 하면 중앙에 컵용기의 내부 중심으로 하향하게 위치하도록 소정길이의 연장봉을 형성한 다음, 상기 연장봉에 수개의 자석을 15㎜∼30㎜의 간격을 두고 상하로 설치하되, 상기 연장봉의 자석들과 컵용기 벽부의 마주하는 자석들이 서로 극성이 상이하도록 위치시킨 것을 특징으로 한 자화수컵이 등록실용신안 제20- 0283192호로 공지 되어 있으나 이는 온도가 낮은 잠열매체를 충입하기 위한 매체저장실을 형성한 사이의 벽부에다 서로 마주보게 2개의 설치홈을 형성하여 자석을 고정하고 컵뚜껑의 중앙부에다 자석을 매설한 연장봉을 형성하여서된 것이므로 이는 컵내의 물을 골고루 균일하게 자화시킬 수 없을 뿐만아니라 특히 컵내의 물을 마시기 위하여 컵뚜껑을 열개되면 자석이 매설된 컵뚜껑의 연장봉은 물의 외부에 위치하게 됨으로 자화효능이 급격히 하강되었다.The characteristics of the applicant's registered utility model No. 91230 is to form a pair of protruding tubes or a single protruding tube vertically high from the bottom to the top of the container to form a long rod-shaped permanent magnet inside the protruding tube Since the magnetization efficiency is not excellent, there is a problem that the magnetization efficiency is not excellent.
