Abstract
본 고안은 연간 소비되어 지는 수천 수만개에 달하는 많은 양의 폐타이어와 신발밑창, 벨트 등 산업폐기물을 자원절감과 재활용으로 보다 효율적인 재활용이 이루어지도록 우레탄 칩,EPDM 칩,폴리 우레탄 바인더, 규사등 과 폐고무칩을 이용함으로서 비용 및 자원 절감의 효과와 주변 환경과 조화를 이루는 색상을 선택하여 미려함을 제공한다.기존 탄성 포장재와는 다르게 규사를 사용함으로서 겨울철과 여름철 심한 온도 차이에 의해 발생되는 재료분리 현상과 , 뒤틀림, 이탈현상 물고임 현상을 방지한다. 기존의 도로 및 인도등에 적용하는 탄성포장재는 자전거 및 인라인 스케이트장에 적용시 높은 탄성으로 인한 접촉면의 증가로 이용자가 쉽게 피로를 느끼고 속도 저하로 오는 흥미 저하의 단점이 있었으나 이를 보완 적당한 탄성과 위의 복합적인 단점을 최대한 보완한 새로운 포장 공법이라 할수 있다. 폐고무를 이용한 복층구조의 스포츠 시설 전용 탄성포장재는 안전성과 활동성,지속성을 제공하는 신개념의 포장공법이 제공되는 것이다.The present invention is designed to reduce waste and recycle industrial wastes such as thousands of tens of thousands of waste tires, shoe soles, and belts, which are consumed annually. 본 고안은 연간 발생하는 수천 만개에 달하는 많은 양의 폐타이어와 신발밑창, 벨트 등을 자원 재활용 및 자원절감의 차원에서 보다 효율적으로 사용하고자 폐타이어들을 수거 한 후 분쇄 공정을 거쳐 잘게 분쇄한 후 생성되는 폐고무칩을 이용한 복층 구조의 스포츠 시설 전용 탄성포장재를 제공하는 것이다.The present invention collects waste tires, shoe soles, belts, etc., which are generated annually, in order to recycle resources and reduce resources more efficiently. 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소코자 고안해 낸 것으로서 폐고무칩을 소정의 크기로 분쇄하여 하단층부에 규사와 우레탄 바인더를 일정 비율로 배합 포설하는 시공단계와 양생단계를 거쳐 기층 시공이 완료된후 상단층부에는 컬러를 갖는 고무칩(착색 폐고무칩, 우레탄 칩,EPDM 칩)과 우레탄 바인더를 배합하여 상단층부를 시공할수 있다. 이때 폐타이어 칩 과 재생 우레탄 칩을 사용시 안료를 섞어 색상을 자유롭게 선택할수 있으며 복층 구조로 밀착시공함으로써 재료분리와 탈착 현상을 막을수 있어 안전성과 지속성을 유지시켜준다.
