Abstract
본 고안은 건축물의 바닥에 설치되는 방음패널에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 방음 패널은 그 내부에 ○ 형의 기둥이 다수 개 형성되고 상기 기둥 내부는 통공되게 형성하며, 통공부 하단부는 넛트를 형성하여 지지볼트를 체결할 수 있는 패널 부재 및 상기 패널 부재 상면에 물주입구를 형성하여 패널 부재 내부에 물을 채워서 차음 효과가 뛰어난 방음 패널이 형성된다.The present invention relates to a soundproof panel installed on the floor of a building. Description
본 고안은 건축물용 바닥의 방음패널에 관한 것이다. 공동 주택의 층간소음을 저감하기 위한 여러 가지 방법 중 그 하나가 뜬 바닥 구조의 반 건식 난방 시스템이다. 도 1은 종래의 기술에 의한 뜬 바닥 구조의 차음난방 시스템이다. 종래의 기술에 의한 차음시스템은 콘크리트 바닥(2)의 상부에 배치되는 소음 저감을 위한 뜬 바닥 구조의 차음패드(6)와 차음패드 상부에 경량기포콘크리트(3)를 도포한다. 그리고 경량기포콘크리트(3)상부에 온수 파이프(5)가 형성됨과 더불어 몰타르(4)가 도포된다. 상기와 같은 종래의 차음 난방시스템은 차음 패드(6)상부로 적층되는 경량기포콘크리트(3)와 몰타르 등 생활용품 등으로부터 받는 하중의 압력에 의하여 시간이 지남에 따라 상기 패드(6)의 수축과 음교 현상으로 인하여 차음 효과가 떨어지는 문제가 발생한다.The present invention relates to a soundproof panel of a building floor. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 실시예에 의한 건축물용 바닥 방음패널은 패널부재와 지지부재로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 패널 부재는 플라스틱 재질로 형성하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 고안의 실시예에 의한 방음 패널은 상기 방음패널 통공부 내로 삽입 지지되는 지지부재가 더 포함되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 지지부재 상부는 볼트이고 하단부는 고무 재질로 형성하는 것이 바람직하다. 이하 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 고안에 따른 방음패널에 대하여 상세하게 설명한다. 본 고안은 공동주택 층간 방음패널이다. 도 2에 도시한 바와 같이 본 고안의 방음패널(50)은 패널부재(30)와 지지부재(34)와 보온재(60)를 포함한다. 도 2에 도시한○ 형의 기둥은 다수 개를 형성하여 패널 상면을 지지하여 하중으로부터 가해지는 압력에 대응하는 기능을 수행한다. 상기 통공부 하단부(33)는 넛트를 형성한다. 단열재는 스티로폼이나 우레탄으로 형성한다. 상기 통공부(32)로 볼트(35)를 삽입하고 지지볼트의 회전에 의하여 상기 방음패널이 상하로 높낮이 조절이 된다. 지지부재(34) 하단부(36)는 고무재질로 형성한다. 도 3에 참조하여 패널부재 상면에 물주입구(39)를 형성하며 물 주입구 마개(40)를 형성한다. 그리고 도 3에 도시한 바와 같이 본 고안의 방음패널(50)이 조립 설치 된 물주입구(39)를 통하여 물을 가득 채운다. 방음패널 내부에 채우는 물은 동절기에 결빙되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 부동액을 첨가하는 것이 바람직하다. 이상에서 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였으나, 본 고안의 상기 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 본 고안의 기본적인 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 당 업계의 통상의 지식을 가진자에 의해 변경 및 수정을 포함한다.Building floor soundproofing panel according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object is preferably formed of a panel member and a support member.
