본 고안은 항시 전기가 흐르는 기존의 전기배선설비를 이중배선설비(상시, 절전)로 바꾸고, 상시.절전겸용콘센트를 설치하여 콘센트에서의 조작으로 상시와 절전모드를 선택하여 필요시 분전반에서의 스위치 조작으로 절전부분의 전원을 일괄적으로 차단하는 시스템을 갖춤으로써 상시사용하지 않는 콘센트에서의 전기의 손실을 막아 에너지를 절약하고, 어린이 전기안전사고등을 미연에 방지하는 시스템이다. 보통 전기에너지의 손실과 어린이 전기안전사고를 예방하기위해 사용하지 않는 콘센트를 뽑거나 콘센트에 보호장치를 하도록 권장하지만 생활향상으로 인한 다양한 전기제품의 사용으로 일일이 콘센트를 뽑거나 보호장치를 해두지 못하는 실정이므로 하나의 스위치조작으로 이를 가능케 하도록 하는 시스템이다.The present invention replaces the existing electrical wiring equipment that always flows into dual wiring equipment (always, power saving), and installs a constant-time and power-saving outlet, and selects the power-saving mode and the power-saving mode by operating at an outlet.
