Abstract
본 고안은 전자석을 이용한 냉장고 도아 개폐장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a refrigerator door opening and closing device using an electromagnet.
생활의 필수품인 냉장고가 점차 대형화됨에 따라 도아 또한 대형화되는 추세에서 사용자는 영구자석의 부착력과 내부공기의 냉각으로 인하여 발생하는 압력 등으로 인하여 도아의 개방 시 사용의 불편함을 느끼고 있는 실정에서 냉장고 본체와 상호 대응하는 도아 위치에 영구자석과 전자석 각각의 극을 같게 하여 배치함으로써 도아의 개방이 필요할 경우에만 전자석에 전원을 공급하고, 이때 발생하는 전자석의 극을 이용하여 반력을 발생시키고, 이 반력을 이용하여 도아를 밀어내게 함으로써 도아의 개방을 쉽게 할 수 있는 장치를 제공하였다.As the refrigerator, which is a necessity of life, becomes larger in size, the size of the door is also increased, and the user feels inconvenience in using the door when opening the door due to the pressure generated by the adhesion of the permanent magnet and the cooling of the internal air. 본 고안은 전자석을 이용하여 냉장고의 도아를 손쉽게 개방할 수 있는 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a device that can easily open the door of the refrigerator using an electromagnet.
생활 필수품으로 자리잡은 냉장고가 점차 대형화됨에 따라 영구자석으로 본체와 밀착되어진 도아의 개방에 불편함을 느끼는 실정에서 손쉽게 도아를 개방하는 장치에 대한 필요성이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대하여 종래에도 전자석을 이용하여 냉장고의 도아를 개폐하는 장치에 대한 고안이 있었으나 단순하게 전자석에 전원을 차단하여 부착력을 제거하는 장치에 불과하며 도아의 개방에 저해요소로 작용하는 요인은 부착력 이외에 내부 공기가 냉각되면서 생기는 내부압력도 작용한다. 특히 이 경우에는 장시간 사용하는 냉장고의 도아를 밀폐할 목적으로 항상 전원을 공급하여 전력의 소모가 많으며, 냉장고 내부는 공기가 냉각되면서 생기는 기압의 저하로 인하여 압력이 작용하므로 개방에 불편함이 있다.As the refrigerator, which is established as a necessity of life, becomes larger in size, there is a need for a device that easily opens a door in a situation where it is inconvenient to open a door that is in close contact with the main body as a permanent magnet.
