Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for sterilizing underwater bacteria using electrolysis, and more specifically, by connecting to a water purification line such as a water purifier to electrolyze outflowed water, to sterilize microorganisms including organic coli, organic matter and suspended solids contained in the water. And it relates to an underwater bactericidal sterilization apparatus using electrolysis to remove and supply clean water.
Generally, a water purifier used to clean water and supply water to a beverage is composed of a plurality of filters such as a precipitation filter, a sterilization filter, an ion filter, a carbon filter, and a membrane filter. After each of the filters purifies the water, the water is stagnated at the bottom of the filter housing, and again flows into the inlet of the water filter of the next stage. After several steps, the water is purified. However, the filters have a problem that the internal system structure and configuration are not only complicated but also difficult to maintain, and the water is purified from the water purification step before the water is introduced into the inlet of the next water purifier filter. When stagnant in E. coli, microorganisms including E. coli, organic matter, and suspended solids may regenerate. Therefore, even though the water was purified cleanly, there was also a problem in that the microorganisms including the E. coli, organic matter and suspended solids were finally contained and supplied.
The present invention is designed to solve the above problems, by connecting an electrode tube to which a direct current power is applied to a water purification line such as a water purifier, and inserting an electrode rod to which a direct current different from the direct current power is applied to the electrode tube. By electrolyzing water, microorganisms, including E. coli, and organics and suspended solids contained in the water are sterilized and removed, and the system structure also provides an apparatus for sterilizing underwater bacteria using simple electrolysis.

1 is an overall cross-sectional view of the present invention, Figure 2 is a perspective view of the electrode tube 3 and the electrode 4 of the present invention, Figure 3 is a view of various embodiments of the spacer 5 of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the bactericidal bacteria sterilization apparatus using electrolysis according to the present invention is provided with connectors (2a) and (2b) fastened to pipes (1a) and (1b) through which water flows in and out. It consists of an electrode tube 3 to which negative power is applied and an electrode rod 4 inserted into the electrode tube 3 as long as the length of the electrode tube 3 and to which negative or positive power is applied.
The electrode tube 3 is connected to the outer surface of the electrode tube 3 by the covering 7 by the power supply line 6b of the positive or negative power source, and the electrode 4 is the power line 6a of the negative or positive power source. This is implied.
A spacer 5 is installed at one side of the electrode 4 to maintain a predetermined interval between the electrode tube 3 and the electrode 4.
The spacer 5 has a circular cross section as shown in (a) of FIG. 3, and the spacer 5 has a predetermined portion at equal intervals on the outer edge of the circular cross section as shown in (b) of FIG. 3. Is cut out to have a cross-section.
The present invention configured as described above is easily installed by using fasteners (2a) (2b) formed on both sides of the electrode tube (3) between the pipe (1a) (1b) in which water is introduced into and out of the water purification line, such as a water purifier. In the sterilization apparatus 10 of the present invention, a negative and positive or positive and negative DC power are applied to the electrode tube 3 and the electrode 4, respectively, and the water flowing through the tube 1a is an electrode. By acting as a conductor that conducts the tube 3 and the electrode 4, a direct current flows through the electrode tube 3 and the electrode 4 to hold the electrode tube 3 and the electrode rods held by the spacer 5. At the interval of 4), an electric field is formed by the potential difference between positive and negative currents.
At this time, charge is accumulated in the cell membrane of the microorganisms contained in the water, the charged water is introduced into the microorganism to expand the cell membrane, the micropores are formed on the surface of the microorganism. The micropores are changed into macropores by the electric field, and the microorganisms are killed as the cytoplasm is leaked.
In addition, hydrogen radicals (H), hydrosyl radicals (OH), and hydroperoxy radicals (HOO) generated in the process of electrolysis through water through the electrode tube 3 are unstable but exist in a short time. Through instant sterilization of various general bacteria, including E. coli contained in water. For example, hydrogen peroxide produced by hydroxyl radicals (OH) oxidizes and contaminates pollutants with powerful oxidizing agents. Hydrogen ions (OH-), which are anions, and hydrogen ions (H +), which are cations, are used to induce organic matter through indirect redox reactions. The microbubbles generated at this time also remove the remaining suspended matter.
Chlorine ions (Cl-) remaining in the water are converted into these hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and hypochlorous acid (OCl-) by the electric field to further increase the water sterilization action.
The spacer 5 fitted to the end of the electrode 4 is cut out at regular intervals at equal intervals on the outer side of the circular cross section and is formed in a cross section to form a vortex in the flow of water passing through the electrode tube 3. In addition, the retention time of the water staying in the electrode tube (3) is extended to allow the action of sterilization and removal of microorganisms including E. coli, organic matter and suspended solids for a longer time.
In addition, the sterilization apparatus 10 of the present invention is composed of an electrode tube (3) and the electrode (4) can be easily hypothesized in the water purification line, such as a conventional water purifier, the electrode tube (3) and the electrode (4) is constant Depending on the usage cycle, it can be effectively used simply by replacing it periodically.
According to the present invention configured as described above, the electrode tube 3 to which the DC current is applied is inserted into the electrode rod 4 to which the DC current of the other electrode is applied to the electrode tube 3 to electrolyze water. It sterilizes and removes microorganisms, including organic E. coli, and suspended solids, and supplies clean water. Its structure is simple, so it is easy to install in water purification lines such as existing water purifiers, and easy to maintain.
