Abstract
본 고안은 다중이 이용하는 건물 또는 병원의 수술실, 무균실, 항온 항습장치가 포함된 공조시설(AIR HANDLING UNIT)의 순환되는 공기를 광촉매 필터와 석영관으로 보호된 자외선 램프를 이용한 공기의 살균, 탈취에 관 한 것이다. 기존 공조시설 내부에 사용되는 필터방식의 공기 정화장치에 대한 보완 및 완벽한 공기살균을 위해, 공기 정화기용 필터 유닛의 정면에 공기의 진행방향과 수직 형태로 광촉매 그물망을 설치하고 ,일정한 이격을 두고 복수개의 이중 자외선 램프를 장착한 유닛을 설치해 오염된 공기가 1차 기존의 필터유닛을 거치고 2차 설치된 광촉매 필터와 석영관으로 보호된 자외선램프를 거침으로서 공기중의 악취나 바이러스등을 확실히 제거하고, 토르말린을 이용 음이온 발생으로 실내공기의 쾌적함을 얻을 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있는 고안이다.The present invention is designed for sterilizing and deodorizing air using UV lamps protected by photocatalyst filters and quartz tubes. 본 고안은 공조기내에 광촉매 필터와 석영관으로 보호된 이중 자외선램프를 이용한 공기살균및 음이온 발생장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 기술은 광촉매 필터에 일반 자외선 램프를 일정거리 이격시켜 조사함으로 공기중 의 세균, 환경유해 물질을 제거하는 공기살균장치에 관한 것이나, 이는 자외선 램프의 특성상 주변의온도,풍속 변화(공조기내 풍속: 2M/sec이상)에 따라 효율의 차이가 심하여 일정 온도 이하로 내려가면, 조사량이 약해져 살균력이 떨어진다는 문제점과 광원 출력저하로 광촉매(산화티타늄(TiO2)) 역할도 약해지는 문제점이 있다.The present invention relates to an air sterilization and anion generator using a double ultraviolet lamp protected by a photocatalyst filter and a quartz tube in an air conditioner.
