이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 처리원통(1)이 수직으로 구성되어 그 속에 원통형 여과망통(2)이 장치되어 처리원통내부가 슬러지 유입실(2a)과 배수실(10)로 구획되고 슬러지 유입실(2a)에는 스크류(4)가 설치되어 모우터로 회전되고 스크류 하단이 폐수슬러지투입구(A)와 연결되어 있으므로 슬러지유입실(2a)에 유입되는 슬러지는 스크류위에 적재되어 선회하면서 여과망통 내부를 따라 상향이동되어 수분일부가 여과망통(2)의 여과구멍(20)을 통해 배수실(10)로 배출되어 스크류에 적재된 슬러지가 슬러지배출구(C)가 있는 여과망통 상단부에 당도할쯤에는 많은 량의 수분이 배출된 상태가 되므로 슬러지배출구(C)에서 벨트프레스로 투입되는 폐수슬러지가 수분이 거의 없는 상태로 투입되어 탈수작용을 원활하게 할수 있는 효과를 얻게 된다.그리고 스크류(4)의 외주에는 브러쉬(5)가 부착되어서 스크류가 회전할 때 같이 회전하면서 여과망통(2)의 여과구멍(20)을 청소하게 되어 여과구멍이 막히는 것을 방지하게 되고 스크류에 형성된 통공(40)은 스크류에 적재되어 상향이동하는 슬러지의 량이 많을 때 아래로 낙하하도록 유도하여 적정량으로 슬러지가 이송되게 도와주므로 원만하게 효과적으로 슬러지의 수분을 처리할 수 있게 되고 배수실의 수분은 하단 수분배출구(B)를 통해 별도의 수처리부로 배출되므로 배수실에 수분이 넘치는 것을 방지하며 슬러지의 상향이동속도는 모터 회전축의 회전속도를 조정하여 스크류의 회전속도를 조정할수 있기 때문에 슬러지의 이동속도를 빠르게 하면 수분배출이 적게되고 슬러지의 이송속도를 느리게하면 수분배출이 많게 되어 슬러지의 수분함량 농도를 조절할 수 있고 브러쉬는 스크류에서 착탈시킬수 있으므로 마모되거나 파손될 때 교환할 수 있고 이로인해 사용하기 좋은 폐수슬러지 농축장치를 얻게 되는 것이다.According to the present invention, the treatment cylinder 1 is vertically formed, and the cylindrical filter net 2 is disposed therein so that the treatment cylinder is divided into a sludge inflow chamber 2a and a drainage chamber 10, and the sludge inflow chamber 2a. ), Screw (4) is installed and rotated to the motor, and the lower end of the screw is connected to the wastewater sludge inlet (A), so that the sludge flowing into the sludge inlet chamber (2a) is loaded on the screw and swiveled upward along the inside of the filter network.
