Description
The present invention relates to a building interlayer sound insulation material applied to the slab between the upper floor and the lower floor of a multi-story building such as an apartment.
The prior art is a slab layer that is poured into a concrete structure, a lightweight foamed concrete layer that is placed on the slab layer, a floor sound insulation material buried between the slab layer and the foamed concrete layer, and foamed concrete layer, as shown in Korean Utility Model No. 0328445. In a floor structure of a building including a finishing mortar layer which is placed on the floor and a heating pipe is embedded, and a flooring material which is installed on the finishing mortar layer, a passage for dispersing impact sound in all directions in contact with the slab layer is concave in a lattice structure. The compression squeegee foam was formed to disperse, attenuate and reflect the impact energy applied to the bottom surface to dissipate vibration and noise transmitted to the lower layer.
Such a conventional interlayer sound insulation material is composed of only compression styrofoam, so that the effect of light-weight shock sound absorption in the high frequency region can be obtained, but the weight-affected sound in the low frequency region cannot be attenuated.
The present invention aims to provide an interlayer sound insulation material for building having excellent sound insulation by attenuating both light impact sound in the high frequency region and heavy impact sound in the low frequency region.
1 is a perspective view of an interlayer sound insulating material according to the present invention.
Figure 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state of use of the interlayer sound insulating material according to the present invention.
Referring to the present invention in detail by the drawings as follows.
The present invention is made by forming a silica sand particle layer (2) coated on the surface of the compressed swivel pole plate (1) by mixing the silica sand particles (2a) with an adhesive to a certain thickness.
In the present invention, the compressed sciropol plate 1 is a compression of the sciropol plate, so that the dynamic stiffness coefficient has a value of 20 MN / m 3 or less so that sound absorption performance in the high frequency range can be exhibited.
In addition, in the present invention, the silica sand particles 2a use a silica sand body having a constant particle size within a particle diameter of 1 to 5 mm, and are mixed with an adhesive to have a constant viscosity, so that the silica sand particle layer 2 is formed on the surface of the compressed sciropol plate 1. It is adhered in the form and exhibits sound insulation effect against the heavy impact sound in the low frequency region.
In the present invention, other types of inorganic particles may be used instead of the silica sand particles 2a.
The present invention is constructed so that the silica sand particles layer 2 is in contact with the surface of the slab (3), as shown in Figure 2, sequentially forming a waterproof sheet 4, such as polyethylene film and light-weight foam concrete layer (5) After the plumbing the hot water pipe (6), after forming the finishing mortar layer (7) and then finishing with a flooring material such as floorboards or floorboards (8) can be mainly used as the sound insulation between the floors of the apartment.
The present invention can attenuate the light impact sound in the high frequency region by the compressed speech pole plate (1) and at the same time the heavy impact sound in the low frequency region by the silica sand layer (2). It can be useful to prevent this.
