본 고안은 하나의 보일러로 여러개의 방을 난방할 때에 각방의 난방을 따로 따로 자동으로 조절할 수 있도록 한 본 출원인의 실용신안등록 제 0245337 호와 관련한 고안으로서, 기 등록한 위 고안은 각방 개별난방장치를 실현함에 있어서 저탕식 보일러에만 적용이 가능한 고안으로 순간식 가스보일러는 난방 실행시 보일러의 구조와 작동방식이 저탕식 보일러와 달리 보일러내부의 관수량이 아주적어서 보일러가 가동됨과 동시에 순환펌프가 가동되고 난방온수가 즉시 순환을 하여야만 보일러 열교환기(코어)에서 순간적으로 데워진 온수의 온도를 감지하여 과열을 방지하도록 되어있는데,The present invention is related to the Utility Model Registration No. 0245337 of the present applicant, which can automatically control the heating of each room separately when heating several rooms with one boiler. 각방개별난방장치를 설치하게 되면 보일러를 가동 시킨후 각방마다 실내온도를 별도로 조절하기 위하여 각방마다 별도의 실내조절기를 사용하게 되는바 각방의 난방이 완료된 시점에 실내조절기가 각방의 자동밸브를 모두 잠그게 되면 순환펌프가 작동하더라도 난방수의 순환이 정지됨으로 보일러 열교환기의 물이 비등하여 보일러의 안전장치가 자동으로 전원을 차단하므로 소기의 목적을 이룰 수가 없게 된다. 그래서 순간식 가스보일러에도 적용이 가능한 장치가 필요하게 된 것이다.When each individual heating device is installed, each room uses a separate room controller to control the room temperature separately after starting the boiler. 저탕식보일러에 적용하는 각방개별난방장치에서는 각방의 난방이 모두 중지될 때는 순환펌프와 직렬로 연결된 펌프의 전원스위치를 열어서 순환펌프의 전원을 차단하도록 되어있으나 순간식 가스보일러에 적용하는 본 고안은 난방수분배기의 송수관(6)과 환수관(7) 사이를 온수관으로 연결하되 그사이에 바이패스용 솔레노이드 밸브(4)를 설치하고, 순간식 가스보일러에서 인출되는 순환펌프(3)의 전원선에서 순환펌프(3)와 병렬로 2개의 전원선을 인출하여 1선은 밸브조절기(1)의 밸브 스위치선(5)에 연결하고 나머지 1선은 바이패스용 솔레노이드 밸브(4)의 전원단자 2개중 하나에 연결하며 바이패스용 솔레노이드 밸브(4)의 나머지 전원단자는 밸브조절기(1)의 밸브 스위치선(5) 중에서 나머지 1선에 연결하고. 밸브조절기(1)의 회로를 난방용 솔레노이드 밸브(9, 10, 11)가 한개 이상이 열릴 때에는 밸브조절기(1)의 스위치가 열리고, 난방용 솔레노이드 밸브(9, 10, 11)가 모두 닫힐 때는 반대로 밸브조절기(1)의 스위치가 닫히게 구성한다.In each individual heating device applied to the low-boiling boiler, when the heating of each room is stopped, the power switch of the pump connected in series with the circulation pump is opened to cut off the power of the circulation pump, but the present invention is applied to the instantaneous gas boiler.
