본 고안은 사출성형제품의 게이트 제거기에 관한 것으로서, 이를 더욱더 상세히 설명하자면 사출성형된 제품과 제품에 존재하는 게이트의 연결부를 상,하측부에서 한번에 제거가 가능하도록 한 것인데, 수평이동되는 절단부에 의해 게이트의 수평연결부를 절단하고 하고정판(1)과 실린더(21)가 수직으로 설치된 상고정판(2) 사이에 마련된 승강판(3)의 하강에 의해 게이트의 수직연결부를 절단할 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 승강판(3) 저면의 제품 고정대(33)가 제품(4)을 고정시킴으로서 게이트(5) 제거시에 발생될 수 있는 제품(4)의 흔들림을 방지하여 컷팅작업을 정교하게 할 수 있고, 또 수평, 수직의 이중으로 한번에 다수의 게이트 연결부(51,52)를 절단하므로 작업속도도 상승시킬 수 있기 때문에 게이트(5) 제거작업이 용이함은 물론 작업속도가 상승되어 생산성이 상승되고 생산비용은 감소되며, 컷팅되는 위치도 일정하여 게이트(5) 제거작업으로 인한 불량률도 낮출 수 있는 이점을 가진 유용한 고안인 것이다.The present invention relates to a gate remover of an injection molded product, and to explain this in more detail, it is possible to remove the connection part of the injection molded product and the gate existing in the product at a time from the upper and lower parts by a horizontal moving cutting part.
