FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an embodiment of using the peeling apparatus of FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 1, a part of the armpit of the human body is cut off, and the peeling part 2 is inserted and peeled through the cut portion.
However, in the conventional peeling apparatus, a part of the peeling part 2 comes into contact with the cutout part and may damage the cutout part in the peeling process.
In addition, in order to beautify the shape of the breast line, which is a characteristic of breast plastic surgery, more accurate peeling is required, but the conventional peeling device holds the handle 1 by hand and only peels off the peeling part 2 so that the problem of accuracy decreases. there was.
The present invention in view of the above problems is an object of the present invention to provide a surgical peeling device that can peel a desired site without damaging the incision site.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a surgical peeling device that can increase the accuracy of the peeling so that the feeling of peeling is transmitted to the doctor's finger.
The present invention for achieving the above object is a handle portion that can roll a finger except the index finger, the handle portion is in contact with the angle at a non-parallel and vertical angle, the other end is a peeling end rounded off, and the peeling Located in the center of the part is characterized in that it consists of a finger insertion port for inserting the index finger of the operator holding the handle portion.

When described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings an embodiment of the present invention is configured as follows.
Figure 3 is a perspective view of the surgical peeling apparatus according to the present invention, Figure 4 is a side view of Figure 3, Figure 5 is a front view of Figure 3, as shown therein the handle 10 and one of the handle 10 An inner angle formed by the handle 10 on the side is connected to about 120 degrees, and is composed of a peeling unit 20 provided with a finger insertion hole 30 therein.
The handle 10 is provided with a guide portion 11 for stably supporting the finger on the outer portion of the finger insertion port (30).
The peeling part 20 is configured such that the diameter of the connection part with the handle 10 is the largest and the diameter of the end part is the smallest, and the cross section is formed in a cylindrical shape so as not to damage the peeling part and the incision part in the peeling process. do.
Hereinafter, the configuration and the operation of the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above will be described in more detail with an example of the actual surgery.
First, the incision of the patient's armpits is incised 3-4 cm.
The incision of the underarm wrinkles makes the surgical scars inconspicuous, and even if the scars are visible, the axillary parts are fleshy, so it is easy to remove the scars.
Then, after making the incision as described above, a finger is inserted into the incision to peel off a portion of the periphery of the incision.
Here, peeling refers to a process of creating a space or separating other organs of the human body to insert the implant into the human body.
Then, while the index finger is inserted into the finger insertion port 30 of the peeling unit 20, the other fingers hold the handle 10.
In this state, the peeling part 20 is put through the cutout and peeled off.
As described above, the method of performing breast plastic surgery by cutting the armpit is called axillary incision, and one of the important elements to make a beautiful breast line in breast augmentation is peeling of the lower part of the chest.
If you can't peel off the underside of the chest, the implant will only be located on the top of the chest and you won't get a beautiful chest line.
In particular, the armpit incision method is a distance between the incision and the lower part of the chest can not be separated only by the doctor's fingers.
In view of this, the peeling part 20 is a form extending from the doctor's finger, and the end of the peeling part 20 is rounded off, so that the lower part of the chest can be peeled off using the rounded end part.
In particular, since the peeling can be performed in the state where the finger is inserted into the finger insertion port 30 positioned in the center of the peeling section 20, more accurate and precise peeling is possible.
In addition, the material of the handle 10 and the peeling portion 20 is easy to use the structure of the embodiment as described above using a disinfectable tungsten carbide (tungsten carbide), stainless steel (stainless steel) or silicon rubber (silicone rubber) It can be processed, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of side effects.
In addition, the handle 10 and the peeling part 20 are bent at an angle of 110 to 130 degrees.
By such a configuration, the handle 10 can be grabbed and the peeling part 20 can be put through the incision to easily peel off to the bottom of the chest.
After exfoliation as described above, the silicon or saline bag is put under the pectoral muscle under the breast to complete the size and shape of the breast.
In the above embodiment has been described for the application of the surgical peeling device according to the present invention to breast plastic surgery, the present invention is not limited to this, it can be applied to any surgery that requires skin or organ peeling of the human body.
For example, in the case of cesarean section surgery, the operator must remove the bladder from the lower uterine segment using the finger, and at this time, the present invention can be used to remove the bladder regardless of the length of the operator's finger.
The handle 10 and the peeling part 20 may be of an integral structure, and the connection portion of the handle 10 and the peeling part 20 changes the joining angle of the handle 10 and the peeling part 20. The structure can be made.
That is, by adding a foldable means between the handle 10 and the peeling portion 20, by interconnecting the handle 10 and the peeling portion 20, adjusting the angle of the peeling portion 20 using the operator's index finger This makes it possible to carry out more diverse and accurate peeling.
The foldable means may use silicone rubber.
As such, the present invention enables the exfoliation necessary for the operation by feeling the touch with the operator's finger, thereby allowing the exfoliation to be precisely performed to the part where the finger does not reach.
As described above, the present invention surgical peeling device extends from the fingertip of the operator and has the effect of being able to peel accurately and precisely even a part that cannot be peeled off with only the finger.
In addition, there is an effect that can be prevented from being damaged by the peeled portion and the incision portion by making the entire appearance as a curved surface.
