Description
본 고안은 손을 씻은 후 손에 묻은 물기를 제거하는 손건조기에 관한 것으로써, 모타의 회전축에 원통솔을 장착하여 젖은 손을 회전하는 솔에 접촉시키면 솔 끝의 회전력에 의해 손의 물기를 튕겨내어 손을 건조시키도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a hand dryer that removes water from hands after washing hands. 모타(2)의 회전축(11)에 원통솔(3)을 장착하고 물이 비산 되어 튀는 것을 막기 위해 케이스(1)을 설치하며 솔과 케이스(1)내부의 청소를 위해 케이스(1)내의 급수관(4)을 내설한다. 본 고안의 구성요소간 결합관계를 상세히 설명하면 케이스 우측면(9)에 베어링(10)을 가설하여 모타회전축(11)이 관통되어 모타(2)가 케이스우측면(9)에 나사(12)로 장착하고 모타회전축(11)에 와샤(8), 원통솔(3), 와샤(8)의 순서로 조립하여 너트(7)로 조여 회전축과 원통솔이 일체되게한다. 다음 케이스좌측면(5)에 베어링(6)을 설치하여 회전축 끝이 지지되도록 조립한다. 케이스는 통상의 방법으로 원통솔(3)의 외곽에 설치하며 케이스(1)의 위·아래·좌·우·앞·뒷면은 밋밋한 판넬로 구성하고 밑면에 배수관을 설치하여 배수가 되게 하고 케이스 앞면에는 손을 주입할 수 있는 손주입구(13)을 형성하여 손이 회전하는 원통솔에 용이하게 닿도록 형성한다. 케이스(1)내부 원통솔 부근에 급수관(4)을 설치하여 회전솔을 청소하는데 용이토록한다. 이렇게 구성된 회전원통솔 손건조기는 모타가 회전하면 원통솔이 회전하고 회전하는 원통솔은 원심력에 의해 자연 탈수되어 건조되고 여기에 젖은 손을 손주입구(13)을 통해 솔에 접촉시키면 솔 끝의 회전력에 의해 손의 물이 비산되어 손이 건조된다.A cylindrical brush 3 is mounted on the rotating shaft 11 of the motor 2, a case 1 is installed to prevent splashing of water, and a brush and a water supply pipe in the case 1 for cleaning inside the case 1 are installed.
