Abstract
본 고안은 흡입 및 토출용 공기 발생장치에 관한 것으로써 전자코일(7)에 전류를 흘리면 자력선이 형성하여 전동자(2)에 붙어 있는 영구자석과 펌핑고무를 좌우 교번하도록 하면 펌핑고무의 작동에 의하여 외부에 있는 공기를 흡입하여서 토출시키는 방식으로 소음제거 및 수명연장에도 많은 도움이 되며 반영구적 및 다목적용으로 사용할 수 있는 미니 공기 발생장치이다The present invention relates to an air generating device for suction and discharge. 이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 진동자(8)를 몸체(2)로부터 성형사출된 "ㄱ" 자형 고리(17)와 몸체(2)사이의 공간에 고무박킹(13)과 같은 연질의 고무를 씌워 착탈할 수 있으므로 종래 나사 등으로 지지하는 것보다 조립이 간편할 뿐 아니라 고무와 같은 탄성제를 씌워서 진동자(8)를 착탈하므로 진동음을 흡수하여 소음이 거의 없고 링(15)에 끼운 캡(3)의 진폭이 커져서 공기의 흡입 및 배출이 향상될 뿐 아니라 몸체(2)와 캡(3)내주면에 설치된 원형 링(15)에 걸려서 쉽게 벗겨지는 일이 없다.According to the present invention, the vibrator 8 may be detached by putting a soft rubber such as rubber backing 13 on the space between the body 2 and the “a” shaped ring 17 ejected from the body 2.
