이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 등록실용신안 20-0288268호에서 책갈피용 볼펜이 제안된 바 있으며, 이에 대한 구성은 도 1에 나타난 바와 같이, 다양한 형태로 납작하게 재단이 되어 재봉처리에 의하여 접착된 이중의 가죽편으로 형성된 몸체와, 몸체의 중앙 하단부에는 볼펜심이 착탈 가능하게 형성된 수납부가 구성되었다. 상기의 책갈피용 볼펜은 고안의 목적인 책갈피로 이용할 수 있도록 납작하게 구성되어 책갈피로 사용할 경우에 책의 변형을 줄이는 효과가 있었다. 그러나 이는 몸체가 이중의 가죽편으로 이루어져 있어 제작에 있어 고비용을 요하고, 책의 일정페이지에 끼워 사용할 수 있는 클립이 없어 이동중 책으로부터 분리될 가능성이 있어 여전히 문제점을 내포하고 있었다. 더욱이 책이 아닌 서류나 종이의 일정량을 묶어 고정할 수 있는 서류용 클립의 역할은 기대할 수 없었다.In order to solve such a problem, a ballpoint pen for bookmarks has been proposed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0288268, and its configuration is shown in FIG.
