Abstract
본 고안은 건축공사, 도로공사등 각종 공사장에 수직으로 설치하여 공사장의 분진이 외부로 확산되지 않도록하는 분진차단망의 개량고안에 관한 것인데 보다 구체적인 것은,폴리프로필렌 필라멘트사를 삽입사와 결속사로하여 구성되는 메리야스 조직의 분진망에 있어서,삽입사(2a)와 결속사(1)를 16~40데니어 굵기의 폴리에치렌 모노필라멘트사로 편성하여 분진망을 형성하되 300~900 데니어 굵기의 폴리프로필렌필라멘트사를 삽입사(3)로 추가하여 폴리에치렌 모노필라멘트 삽입사(2a)는 양측결속사 사이에서 경사방향으로 형성되고 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트삽입사(3)는 결속사에 대하여 가로방향으로 형성되게 이중의 삽입사(2a)(3)를 구성하므로서 분진망의 견고성을 향상시키면서 효과적인 분진 차단이 이루어지게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to the improvement plan of the dust screening network which is installed vertically at various construction sites such as building construction and road construction to prevent dust from spreading to the outside. 본 고안은 건축공사, 도로공사등 각종 공사장에 수직으로 설치하여 공사장의 분진이 외부로 확산되지 않게 하는 분진차단망의 개량고안에 관한 것인데 보다 구체적인 것은 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트사를 삽입사와 결속사로 사용하는 메리야스조직으로 된 공지의 분진망에 있어서, 폴리에치렌모노필라멘트사를 삽입사와 결속사로하여 기본망을 제조하고 기본망의 삽입사보다 현저히 굵은 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트사를 삽입사로 추가하여 폴리에치렌 모노필라멘트 삽입사와 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트삽입사가 결속사에 대하여 경사방향과 가로 방향으로 배치되는 이중의 삽입사를 형성하므로서 분진망의 강도를 향상시키고 분진의 차단효과가 양호한 분진망을 얻을수 있게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to the improvement plan of the dust screening network, which is installed vertically at various construction sites such as building construction, road construction, etc. to prevent dust from spreading to the outside. 본 고안은 16~40 데니어 굵기의 폴리에치렌 모노 필라멘트사를 삽입사(2a)와 결속사(1)로 하여 구성되는 메리야쓰 조직으로 기본 망을 편성하되 300 ~ 900 데니어 굵기의 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트사를 삽입사(3)로 추가하여 폴리프로필렌 필라멘트 삽입사(3)는 결속사(1)에 대하여 가로 방향으로 형성시키고 폴리에치렌 모노필라멘트 삽입사(2a)는 그 결속부(2)가 결속사(1)에 결속되면서 결속사에 대하여 경사방향으로 형성되도록 편조하여서 이중의 삽입사(2a)(3)가 형성되게한 구성이다.The present invention is composed of 16 ~ 40 denier polyethylene filament yarns composed of insert yarns (2a) and binding yarns (1).
