Description
The present invention relates to an oil skimmer, and more particularly, to a belt oil skimmer configured to easily separate waste oils and debris introduced from a cutting process such as a lathe from cutting oil.
In general, in the cutting process, the cutting oil is sprayed to cool the frictional heat between the cutting tool and the adhered surface, and chips generated at the waste oil and the adhered surface are collected in a storage tank located at a lower portion thereof. By the way, in the case of water-soluble cutting oil has been a problem that can not be recycled because the oxygen supply is blocked by the waste oil flowing into the storage tank.
Accordingly, as the conventional waste oil removing apparatus, it is as known from the Utility Model Registration Publication (Application No. 20-2001-0020821). However, such a device can only remove the waste oil present in the upper end portion of the cutting oil tank, and in particular, there is a problem in that the waste oil remaining in the lower portion of the cutting oil tank or the residue that has sunk on the bottom cannot be filtered out.
The present invention was devised to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to use an oil skimmer to remove all wastes and residues located inside the coolant tank using a belt and to recycle the refined coolant again. Since the driving roller 20 is rotated at a very slow speed, the belt 50 serves as a carrier for filtering waste and debris present in the cutting oil 2. Therefore, the belt 50 is preferably used as a flotation oil recovery portion mainly made of a stainless plate (stainless plate), stainless mesh (stainless mesh), felt (felt) or special rope.
In addition, the propeller 70 axially coupled to the driven roller 40 serves to stir the cutting oil 2 in the storage tank 1 when the motor is driven. It is suspended so as to be finally discharged to the outside through the suction belt (50).
The scraper 62 in close contact with the belt 50 serves to filter oil residues. Therefore, the scraper 62 is preferably formed like a flat thin blade.
