본 고안은 건축자재로 사용되는 복합 판넬의 개량에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은 금속제로된 외측판(1)과 내측판(2) 사이에 난연재를 넣어 일정두께로 발포시킨 폴리스티렌발포판(3)을 개입하여 가열 압착시켜 일체로 만든 판넬로서 금속판(1)(2) 사이에 폴리스티렌발포판이 개입되어 가열압착으로 일체화되어 있기 때문에 저렴한 비용으로 단열성이 양호한 건축용 판넬을 제조할 수 있고 폴리스티렌발포판은 압축발포를 통해 대량생산을 하면서 금속판넬과 가열 압착되므로 대량생산이 가능하며 난연재가 들어 있어서 화재시에 대응조처가 가능케 되고 분진의 발생이 없으므로 위생적으로 안전한 제품이 되는 등의 장점이 있다.The present invention relates to an improvement of a composite panel used as a building material, and more specifically, a polystyrene foam board (3) foamed to a predetermined thickness by inserting a flame retardant between a metal outer plate (1) and an inner plate (2).
