The present invention relates to a high-strength water-resistant panel 10 for use in places where many parts of the ship's foot, such as a water contact with the water, in more detail, in order to improve the high strength and water resistance of the panel used for the purpose, When the panel is manufactured, a plurality of plywood vertical cross-sections obtained by cutting a plywood of a predetermined thickness into a vertical plane are formed as a base material layer 1, and a frame part having a predetermined thickness formed by processing water-resistant resin on the upper, lower, left, and right surfaces of the base material layer 1 ( 2) to form upper and lower adhesive layers (3, 3 ') on which the polyurethane, epoxy and urea adhesives are applied on the upper and lower surfaces of the base layer (1) and the frame portion (2). The outer surface of the upper and lower adhesive layers (3,3 ') was formed by using plastic sheets processed with water-resistant plastics as surface layers (4,4'). Table By forming the layers 4, 4 'and the adhesive layers 3, 3' using water-resistant plastic sheets and adhesives, they are excellent in water resistance and are beneficial for preventing corrosion of the product and deformation of materials due to water or moisture. It is devised.
In addition, it is made of plastic and wood, not metal, it is designed to be easy to process when used in the field, and easy to transport and work.
Description
The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel, which is a prefabricated panel that is used in a place where a lot of parts such as ship's scaffold and shelf are in contact with water. It is to provide a prefabricated panel that can improve the effect.
Conventionally, there was a problem such as corrosion of the contact area with water by using wood or plywood in a place where water or a humid place such as a scaffold and a shelf of a ship, and to improve this, apply a waterproofing liquid to the upper surface of the wood or plywood. Although there was a waterproofed product, it was also harmful to the human body by using toxic substances for waterproofing. There was a problem that the surface of the product was cracked and the inside was corroded due to wear of the waterproof layer for long term use. In addition, by using the wood and plywood as it is, it can withstand only within the strength range of the wood or plywood itself, there was a problem such as not being able to withstand heavy loads from the outside when bent or broken. In particular, there was a problem that the worker can not easily process and construct according to the working conditions due to the excessive weight.
In order to improve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, this paper improves the strength of the product by using a plurality of vertical cross-sections cut vertically with a certain thickness of plywood as a base material, and at the same time forms an adhesive layer and a surface layer of a water-resistant material, It is excellent in preventing corrosion and material deformation of products due to water or moisture, and in particular, to provide a prefabricated panel that can improve the strength and water resistance of the structure that is easy to process and easy to carry in construction due to the light weight of the panel. This invention is made to be a technical problem.
