Abstract

The present invention relates to a polyurethane braided yarn, and more particularly, to a new yarn in which polyurethane is simultaneously bonded to two or more strands of different materials.

To this end, in the spinning machine of a conventional spinning process, two or more different materials are spliced together and the polyurethane draft ratio is matched at the same time, and tension is adjusted according to the properties of each material.

As a result, various changes of materials are possible, and the functions and advantages of each of the materials can be doubled, and multi-dimensional color harmonization can be obtained by applying different dyeability of each material.

Description

폴리우레탄 합연사 {doubled yarn with Poly Urethane}Polyurethane Plywood Yarn {doubled yarn with Poly Urethane}

The present invention relates to a twisted yarn added with polyurethane, and more particularly, to a new polyurethane twisted yarn in which polyurethane is simultaneously bonded to two or more yarns having different materials.

Conventional polyurethane products are products that combine or cover polyurethane simultaneously with single or two-ply yarns of the same material, and products that combine polyurethane with two or more kinds of yarns cannot be produced, resulting in changes in yarn function and dyeability. There was a limit to giving. The reason is that when there are two or more yarns to be braided with polyurethane, it is necessary to give a different tension according to the properties of each material to be braided to obtain a normal polyurethane braided yarn. This is because of the phenomenon of snal dryness.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the object of the present invention is to combine the two or more yarns of different materials and polyurethane at the same time in the process of jointing by adjusting the tension according to the properties of each material of the existing Compared to polyurethane products, it provides a polyurethane joint yarn that can double the functions and advantages of materials and obtain multi-dimensional color harmony by applying the dyeability of each material.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art may easily implement the present invention.

The present invention uses a conventional spun spinning process or a waste spinning process as it is, but a common process is a splicing process of twisting and weaving according to the characteristics of a product that requires yarns that have undergone spinning process in the process. doubling).

The present invention is a spun yarn (a), which is spun in a yarn yarn package A is spun in a yarn yarn package B, as shown in Figure 1 in order to spun the polyurethane yarn (Poly Urethane) with two or more types of yarn in this doubling The filament (b) and the yarn feeding package C are disposed with a polyurethane yarn (c).

Here, polyurethane yarn (abbreviated as 'PU') is drawn by using a speed reducer (10) connected to a timing belt without imposing tension by weight, unlike yarns (a, b) being spun. Adjust the tension by ratio. For example, if the yarn speed of the twisted yarn produced is 600 m / min and the draft ratio of the PU is 2.0, the speed of the speed reducer 10 is 300 m / min, and the tension is applied to the PU using this speed difference.

Examples 1 and 2 below are made of consumable spinning where Nm 1/60 refers to a single yarn of a thickness capable of extracting 1 Kg of yarn as 60 Km in length as the number of consumption, and Nm1 / 72 of 1 Kg of 72 Km in length. We say single yarn of thickness to be able to pick up.

Example 1: When using yarn of Nm 1/60

In this case, A is Nm 1/60 Wool (hereinafter abbreviated as 'W') or Polyester and Wool blended yarn (hereinafter abbreviated as 'T / W') or Cotton and Wool blended yarn (hereinafter abbreviated as 'C / W') ) And polyester or nylon filament (abbreviated as 'FIL') in B, and the tension of each type imposed by the plywood is adjusted according to the following table. The following table shows the optimal conditions to prevent snal from occurring in the twisted yarn through the test.

Here, the unit of tension is gf (gram force: grams), and the imposing tension uses a method of raising the weight on the passing yarn as shown in FIG.

After the doubling as described above (twisting) in the twisting (twisting) of the conventional cotton spinning or exhaustion spinning process (twisting) to give a single strand, and through the setting, packaging process to obtain a polyurethane polyurethane twisted yarn.

As can be seen from the above, the present invention imposes different tensions on polyurethane joints, which were conventionally possible to join only single yarns or dimers of the same material, so as to enable simultaneous jointing with two or more different yarns. Functions and advantages can be utilized as it is, and at the same time, it is effective to provide a new polyurethane composite yarn that can provide multi-dimensional color matching by applying the dyeability of each material.
