본 실용신안은 기존에 사용되는 단순한 모자을 착용시 머리카락이 눌리고 모자가 잘벗겨지는 단점을 보완코자 모자안쪽 테두리면에 돌기핀을 촘촘히 부착한 모자로 착용시 모자로 인한 머리카락의 눌림을 방지하고, 머릿속에 통풍을 잘되게하고, 모자가 바람에 벗겨짐을 방지하며, 머리 지압효과도 있으며 필요시 브러시(빗)로도 사용가능 함This utility model is designed to compensate for the disadvantage that the hair is pressed and the cap is easily peeled off when wearing a simple hat, which is used to prevent hair from being pressed by the hat when worn. 본고안의 구성요소는 돌기,돌기줄기(대),받침대,받침면으로 구성되어 있으며 각부분별 기능은 아래와같다도2에서 돌기핀의 구성요소중 돌기는 돌기줄기의 끝에 붙어서 머리피부에 직접 접촉하는 부분으로 머리카락들 사이로 들어가 피부에 직접 접촉하며 돌기줄기의 압력을 피부에 분산시키는 작용을 하며 형상은 원구 형태이다도2중 돌기줄기(대)는 돌기와 돌기받침대에 중간에 해당하는 부분으로 재질은 연질의 나이롱모 이고 형상은 원기둥형태이다돌기줄기는 모자를 착용하였을 때 피부와 모자사이의 압력을 피부에 알맞는 적정한 압력으로 변환시키기 위하여 탄성을 주며 휨기능과 연성을가진다돌기줄기의 길이는 머리피부와 머리카락들 표면의 두께에 따라 길이가 다양하며 머리피부와 모자사이 즉 머리카락들 사이에 돌기줄기의 길이에 상당한 통풍공간을 만들어주며 모자로인한 머리카락의 눌림현상을 방지하여준다또한 머리피부와 모자의 압력이 높을때는 구부려져 적정한 압력을 만들어 주며 모자가 바람에 벗겨지지 않토록 머리를 잡아주며 돌기와돌기대는 일체형이다이러한 기능을 가진 돌기핀들을 도3처럼 일정한 간격으로 받침면에 고정한후에 모자안쪽 테두리면의 둘레에 부착한것이다The components of this paper consist of protrusions, protrusions (large), bases, and support surfaces.
