The present invention relates to an ultrasonic generator by pressure, and more particularly, to an ultrasonic generator using electric energy generated by pressure without a power supply.
Ultrasonic wave is a small density wave of 20Khz or more, which is used in metal welding, etching, plating, electro light, casting, drilling, and chemical process, and is widely used for measuring flow rate and water level, and process control.
Current typical ultrasonic generators generate ultrasonic waves by flowing alternating current to piezoelectric materials in most power sources.
However, ultrasonic generators cannot be used where power is not available. In addition, when the ultra-sonic generator is made up to the power supply unit, the volume is too large to produce the ultra-sonic generator.
In order to solve the problems as described above, the present invention is to provide an ultrasonic generator by pressure without generating power.
The present invention for achieving the above object is characterized by consisting of a piezoelectric unit for converting pressure into electrical energy, an ultrasonic generator for generating ultrasonic waves using the electrical energy generated from the piezoelectric unit, and an ultrasonic focusing unit for focusing and firing the generated ultrasonic waves. The present invention for realizing the above object consists of a piezoelectric unit for converting pressure into electrical energy, an ultrasonic wave generating unit for generating ultrasonic waves using the electrical energy generated from the piezoelectric unit, and an ultrasonic focusing unit for focusing and firing the generated ultrasonic waves. It is an ultrasonic generator by pressure characterized by the above-mentioned.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When pressure is applied to the piezoelectric materials A 10 and 20, piezoelectric materials are generated in the piezoelectric materials A 10 and 20. The piezoelectric generated at this time causes the piezoelectric effect on the piezoelectric material B 30 to generate ultrasonic waves. Focusing the generated ultrasonic wave is characterized by firing the ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic concentrator 40.
As described above, according to the ultrasonic generator by the pressure according to the present invention, by generating the ultrasonic wave by the electrical energy generated by the pressure, no power supply is required, it is useful to the deep sea or water pipes where strong pressure exists Seen as.
