본 고안은 강아지나 고양이와 같은 애완동물을 위한 것으로 목줄이나 목걸이에 발광장치(발광체)를 결합하는 것으로 어두운 곳이나 야간에 자신의 애완동물을 식별하게 하는 용도 뿐아니라 어두운 야간에 차량운전자들에게 애완동물이 있음을 알게 해 주는 경광등 역할도 하게 되며 다양한 구조나 디자인으로 자신만의 독특한 애완동물을 나타내주는 패션소품으로 이용도 가능하다.This invention is designed for pets such as dogs and cats. 기존의 개목걸이와 같은 애완동물용 목걸이는 단순히 동물주인이 원하는 행동반경 내에서 이탈하지 못하게 하는데 그 기능이 한정되어있었다. 또한 야간에 동물이 이동할 시 차량운전자의 시야에 쉽게 보이지 않아 교통사고로 큰 장애를 입거나 심지어 죽음으로 이어질 수도 있었다.Pet collars, such as conventional dog collars, were simply limited in their ability to prevent animals from escaping within the desired behavioral radius.
