Abstract
본 고안은 자동판매기에서 판매되는 카드에 정전기가 발생되지 않는 재질로 코팅하여 인출작동시 배출불량의 오동작을 방지하는 카드에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a card to prevent the malfunction of the discharge failure during the take-out operation by coating the card sold in the vending machine with a material that does not generate static electricity.
자동판매기를 이용하여 전화카드를 구입하다보면 전화카드가 인출되지 않는 에러가 자주 발생하는 것을 경험할 수 있다. 지금 까지는 그 원인을 알 수 없어 이를 해결하기 위해 피딩장치를 수리하거나 교체하고, 심할 경우에는 어쩔수 없이 자동판매기 자체를 교체하기 까지 하여 막대한 비용을 낭비하고0 있었다. 특히 우천시와 같이 습기가 많은 날씨에는 더욱더 그러한 현상이 자주 발생하여 자동판매기 관리자들은 무척 애를 먹고 있었다. 연구결과 그 원인은 매우 쉽고 간단한 곳에 있었다. 바로 카드자체에 발생된 정전기에 의해 발생되었던 것이다.When you purchase a phone card using a vending machine, you may experience an error that the phone card does not withdraw.
