Description
본 발명은 생분해성 용기의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 생분해성 섬유소를 포함한 분말에 생분해성 충진제와 접착제 및 윤활제와 광택제를 혼합하여 고온 고압하에서 압축성형하여 용기를 제조함으로써, 사용후 용기가 쉽게 자연 분해되도록 하는 생분해성 용기의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a biodegradable container, and more particularly, by mixing biodegradable fillers, adhesives, lubricants and polishes with powders containing biodegradable cellulose, and compression molding under high temperature and high pressure to prepare containers after use. 종래에는 스티로폴 등의 합성수지로 만든 용기가 포장용으로 주로 사용되고 있으나, 이러한 합성수지재 용기는 제조과정에서 인체에 유해한 화학약품이 사용되므로 사용자의 건강을 해칠 뿐 아니라, 이들 용기가 주로 일회용으로 사용되기 때문에 사용후 쉽게 버리게 되고, 이와 같이 버려진 용기는 분해가 거의 이루어지지 않기 때문에 환경오염을 유발하며, 소각 처리할 경우에는 발암물질인 다이옥신이 발생되어 건강에 악영향을 미치는 문제점이 있었다.Conventionally, containers made of synthetic resin, such as styropol, are mainly used for packaging, but such synthetic resin containers are not only harmful to the user's health because chemicals harmful to the human body are used in the manufacturing process, and these containers are mainly used for disposable use.
