Abstract

PURPOSE: A heat isolating refrigerator is provided to improve efficiency by suppressing heat exchange in a refrigerator door. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator includes a refrigerator main body comprising an outer case forming an outer wall of the refrigerator, and an inner case(80) forming an inner wall of the refrigerator; and a door(10) mounted to the refrigerator main body to be opened and closed, and has a gasket installed on a door liner(30). At least one of the inner case and the door liner is protruded toward a gap between the inner case and the door liner to reduce the gap between the inner case and the door liner when the door is closed. The inner case or the door is protruded to narrow a channel(A) between the inner case and the door liner to prevent outflow of chilled air and infiltration of heat. A protrusive part(210) is formed on the inner case near the door liner to narrow the channel between the inner case and the door liner to suppress outflow of chilled air. The channel is narrowed and length of a flowing path for heat introduced from the outside of the refrigerator and a hot line(90) is increased by the protrusive part to reduce flow rate of the heat.
