Description
본 발명은 바이오디젤 연료 제조방법에 관한 것으로 기존의 디젤엔진연료는 땅속에 있는 원유를 발굴 채집 정유하여 디젤엔진연료인 경유를 생산하여 사용하고 있으나 기존 원유는 전량 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 국내에서는 단한방울도 디젤엔진 연료를 생산할 수 없는 실정인바 비교적 우리 주위에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 동물성 닭 지방을 액체지방으로 만들어 닭 기름화하여 디젤엔진 연료로 제조하는 방법이다.The present invention relates to a biodiesel fuel manufacturing method, the existing diesel fuel is used to produce and use diesel oil as diesel engine fuel by excavating and refining crude oil in the ground, but the existing crude oil is dependent on the whole imports. 닭기름에는 연료 효율을 저하시키는 성분인 글리세린과 미세찌꺼기가 함유되어있어 고도의 정제기술로 여과를 시켜야 한다. 그러기 위해서 삼단계의 정제과정을 거쳐 고 순도로 정제해 기존에 사용하는 경유 대체연료로 활용하기 위하여 도 1에서와 같이 유리관에 여과 안 된 닭기름을 넣고 24시간이상이 경과되면 비중에 따라 밑에서부터 수분이 쌓이고 그 다음에 찌꺼기가 쌓이고 마지막으로는 맑은 닭기름층이 형성된다. 그런 상태에서 배유구를 통하여 수분과 찌꺼기 층을 뺀 다음 기름층만 남으면 기름은 배유구를 통하여 빼내면 순수한 닭기름을 채집할 수가 있다. 그러기 위해서는 유리관으로 된 상태에서 육안으로 유리통 안을 관찰할 수가 있어야한다.Chicken oil contains glycerin and fine debris, which reduce fuel efficiency, and must be filtered through advanced purification techniques.
