Description
본 발명은 본관에 원형공을 뚫고 지관을 연결할 때 사용하는 지관이음용 연결구를 프레스 성형으로 가공한 지관이음용 커플링에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a coupling for a paper pipe joint processed by press molding a connector for a paper pipe joint used to connect a paper pipe through a circular hole in the main pipe.
지금까지 지관을 연결할 때 사용되는 지관이음용 연결구는 본관의 원형공에 삽입될 지관하부의 외측으로 패킹이 삽입되고 지관을 수직으로 지지시켜 줄 지지관이 이중으로 형성되게 하부를 h형으로 구성시켜야 하므로 제조시 필히 주물로 성형하므로서 생산량이 한정되고 또한 주물성형품의 후가공처리와 이 연결구를 하부밴드와 체결하기 위하여 별개체의 상부밴드를 연결구에 부착시켜야 하는 제조공정 등으로 인하여 제조원가가 상승되었다.Until now, the joints used for connecting pipes should be composed of h type so that the packing is inserted into the outside of the lower part of the pipe to be inserted into the circular hole of the main pipe, and the supporting pipe is vertically formed to support the pipe vertically. 본 발명에서는 이와같은 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 본관의 원형공에 지관을 연결할 때 사용하는 지관이음용 연결구를 지관외경과 내경이 일치하는 선단지지링과 그 하부를 ㄱ형으로 확대하여 패킹이 삽입될 돌출삽입단을 그리고 돌출삽입단의 양측으로 상부밴드가 형성되게 전체를 프레스 가공으로 성형시키고 이렇게 프레스 가공으로 성형시킨 연결구에 지관을 선단지지링의 내부로 지관 하단부가 본관의 원형공에 삽입될 길이로 가압 삽입시킨 후 선단지지링과 지관을 일체가 되게 부착시켜서 프레스 가공에 의한 대량 생산과 간편한 제조공정으로 제조원가를 절반 이하로 줄일 수가 있는 것으로 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In the present invention, in order to solve these problems, the connector for connecting the branch pipe used to connect the branch pipe to the circular hole of the main pipe, and the protruding insert into which the packing is inserted by expanding the lower end support ring and the lower portion of the inner tube having the same inner diameter as the a-shape. 본관(1)의 일측에 수직방향으로 원형공(1a)을 뚫고 이에 지관(2)의 하단부를 삽입시켜 패킹(3)으로 끼워서 지관(2)이 본관(1)에 수직으로 지지되게 상부밴드(4)를 부착시켜 하부밴드(5)와 볼트, 너트로서 체결하여 고정시키는 지관이음용 연결구에 있어서 지관(2) 외경과 내경이 일치하는 선단지지링(11)과 그 하부를 ㄱ형으로 확대하여 패킹(3)이 삽입될 돌출삽입단(12)을 그리고 돌출삽입단(12)의 양측으로 상부밴드(4)가 형성되게 전체를 프레스 가공으로 성형시키고 이렇게 프레스 가공으로 성형시킨 연결구(10)에 지관(2)을 선단지지링(11)의 내부로 지관 하단부가 본관(1)의 원형공(1a)에 삽입될 길이로 가압 삽입시킨 후 선단지지링(11)과 상접된 지관(2)을 스포트용접, 이음선단부의 용접, 요철붙임 등으로 일체가 되게 부착시키고 지관(1) 하부와 돌출삽입단(12) 사이에 패킹(3)을 끼워 넣어서 된 것으로 지관 (2)의 상부를 띠홈, 띠돌기 또는 내,외부주연에 나사부로 형성시켜서 일반 파이프와 여러방법으로 연결할 수가 있고 지관(2)의 상부를 축소시켜 직경이 서로 다른 파이프를 리듀서 이음으로 연결할 수도 있는 것이다.Drill a circular hole (1a) in the vertical direction on one side of the main tube (1) and insert the lower end of the branch tube (2) into the packing (3) so that the branch tube (2) is supported vertically to the main tube (1) upper band ( 4) In the connecting pipe fittings for fastening by attaching the lower band (5) and bolts and nuts, the tip support ring (11) and the lower part of which the outer diameter and inner diameter of the branch pipe (2) coincide are enlarged to a-shape and packed.
