Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of full color nightglow product is provided to display the same color and shape as images seeable at light place even at dark place by printing separate colors or primary color on a sheet coated with nightglow (photoluminescent) pigment so that the sheet itself is emitted by light accumulated at the dark place. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of full color nightglow product comprises the process of printing separate colors or primary color on the sheet using a fluorescent ink in the state that a sheet is coated with photoluminescent (nightglow) material containing white fluorescent pigment, wherein fluorescent light color is displayed even at dark place by printing a fluorescent ink on a photoluminescent pigment causing reaction sensitive to ultraviolet rays, white color can be displayed on the sheet by coating the mixture on the sheet after mixing white fluorescent pigment with photoluminescent (nightglow) pigment using ultraviolet light absorption and emission properties of the photoluminescent (nightglow) pigment, and the manufacturing method of full color nightglow product comprises the steps of coating nightglow (photoluminescent) pigment on a printable sheet; and printing separate colors or primary color on the sheet coated with the nightglow (photoluminescent) pigment in an image desired to be printed by using fluorescent ink reacted well by ultraviolet rays so that printed material is capable of displaying the same color at dark place as well as bright place.
