Description
본 발명은 의료용 틸트테이블이 구동중 환자의 혈압, 맥박, 산소농도 상태를 체크하고, 환자상태에 따라 테이블의 각도 및 속도를 제어할 수 있는 틸트테이블의 제작 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a tilt table that can check the blood pressure, pulse, oxygen concentration of the patient while driving the medical tilt table, and control the angle and speed of the table according to the patient condition.
중풍환자, 반신불수 등의 거동이 용이치 못한 환자나 원활한 혈액순환을 촉진시키기 위한 환자의 욕창방지, 운동, 혈액순환 등의 용도로 사용되어지고 있는 종전의 각도조절용 의료처치 테이블(Tilttable)은 구동되는 테이블의 각도와 속도를 조정할 수 없기 때문에 환자상태에 따른 적합한 구동각도와 속도로 구동할 수 없다. 또한 테이블 자체에 혈압이나 맥박을 체크할 수 있는 방법이 없어 테이블 구동시 환자의 혈압이나 맥박상태를 확인할 수가 없으므로 환자에게 적정한 구동 각도와 구동속도인지를 알 수가 없다.Tilttable, which is used to prevent bedsores, exercise, and blood circulation of patients who have difficulty in behavior such as stroke, inability to circulate, or to promote smooth blood circulation, is operated. Ⅰ) 최초 컴퓨터에 입력한 Table 구동 정보 (방향과 속도) 는 컴퓨터와 연결된 콘넥트 CONAT62를 통해 8비트 CPU AT89C2051 (micro controller)로 전송되고 Table의 D/C 모터속도를 PWM 방식으로 속도 조절 할 수 있는 정보를 SN75174와 Table의 control box로 정보가 전송된다.Ⅰ) The table drive information (direction and speed) inputted to the first computer is transmitted to the 8-bit CPU AT89C2051 (micro controller) through the connector CONAT62 connected to the computer, and the speed of the table's D / C motor can be controlled by PWM method.
